But I get this error message

Also, I use Ride the Lightning, but the rebalance option is not in the GUI anywhere like it shows in the documentation and YouTube videos.
I have Ride the Lighting for the front end and lightning-cli on the command line.
Is there any way for me to specify which channel to send and/or receive payments on? I have three open channels and the rebalance plugin doesn't seem to be working. I'm using core-lightning.

Thanks for the suggestion, I just got it delivered yesterday. I got the impress version which I think is exactly the same except with automatic tamping.
Because my hardware wallet failed and said that the transaction was too big and it couldn't send it all in one transaction.
I have an air gaped wallet, so it had to create a QR code for each utxo. I had to wait for it to scan about 500 QR codes in total (-250 on the device then another -‐250 on my phone).
