144 hours into my fast: Yesterday, before sleep, I had a headache. This morning, I felt weak. I went to the sports area in the park and did bodyweight training for 30 minutes. I still felt weak all day until, in the evening, I decided to drink a cup of coffee and tea. The weakness went away in 15 minutes, and I felt great after that and went for a walk.
People told me I have yellow eyes. I researched and found that fasting raises bilirubin concentration in the blood, which can make the eyes and sometimes the skin appear yellowish. However, it is not a dangerous condition.
I weighed myself not in the morning, as usual, but after the workout, so I drank lots of water, which added some weight. https://video.nostr.build/bccfe195730377196c58b258942cd7adc695509dafbb312cb2f71b3820a47a5f.mp4

A car can be driven backward, on deflated tires, without regular maintenance, in muddy dirty condition... and you will reach your destination.
If something can be done, it doesn't mean it should.
This post is not about cars...
Pain will teach you the lesson you haven't learned for so long
When you dont understand, you need to diversify. When you understand, you use the best available option.
A man who creates his world is entitled to respect and love from a woman who enters it.
Life is the best teacher. Whatever expectations or delusions we may have, as soon as we start fucking around, life will teach us how reality works.
Real superheroes struggle all the time.
I love doing hard things. Whatever brings discomfort and pain... Whatever requires dedication, focus, determination, energy, time, willpower...
I've done lots of crazy impossible things in my life.
Now I am doing a 21-day fast. It's crazy... and impossible for most...
And it covers so many of my goals...
I've never had a job in my life. Always was doing only what interested me. I don't have work days/vacations. My life is an adventure, an exploration of everything.
The deeper I dive and the higher I climb, the more chaotic, hard and interesting life becomes.
What a journey 🔥
120 hours. Was riding my sport bike for several hours, so didn't do 10k steps.
No thoughts about food. Only about greatness and success. People notice that I become leaner. Lost 4 kg in 5 days already.
Everything as usual: I drink water with lemon and ACV drops, plus salt. Take potassium and magnesium in the morning (340 mg of both). https://video.nostr.build/3059032e98c1f0a05812591961a029d11e4fe317258aee819651e82fc966525e.mp4

Getting pleasure only from things that bring you progress is the most effective way to achieve success.
The less rewards and pleasure you get, the higher the quality of it.
FOCUS!
Cars are designed for specific environments and conditions and require specific fuel and maintenance to operate efficiently.
We evolved for specific environments and require specific food and actions to thrive.
Read THE MANUAL!
Money is when other people can do things for you. Competence is when you can do it yourself.
Delusions need to be defended. Truth is living freely.
Analyze... Do you get triggered when people disagree with you? Do you start defending your beliefs?
When you're pursuing very ambitious goals, failure is an often outcome. After some time you become tolerant, and whatever happens, persevere anyway. And sometimes you succeed big. This is the feeling I am searching for, the understanding that I win no matter what!
96 hours. Everything was good today.
Training in the fasted state feels different. As the body tries not to spend energy on unimportant things, it takes more effort. And you can feel the muscles better, burning feeling of exhaustion comes easier. It's a unique feeling, hard to explain with words.
No headaches, but some weakness in abdominal area. Lazy on thinking, otherwise very calm relaxed state. https://video.nostr.build/1d51cf761837afacbbe85a643a1ae2c878a3f9ab3a978a366d7a64c9aa5794d3.mp4

To operate at our best, we need:
– Indifference. We should not obsess over the outcome, just do our best.
– Believing and accepting the possibility of success.
– Importance. We should understand why we are doing it and why is it important.
Dorks are everywhere... Don't be another one...
