When we expose ourselves to harsh conditions, we adapt to them and become stronger. By this logic, when we poison ourselves with cigarettes and alcohol, we are adapting to it and becoming stronger? Yes, exactly! But do you need to be adapted to cigarettes and alcohol? How is it helping your survival and reproduction?
You'll be much better off adapting to beneficial things...
We all are striving to make our food tastier, but it is the worst thing we can do.
When the food is tasty, we eat more of it, which leads to weight gain.
Also, tasty food gives us more pleasure, which makes us lazier and stops our motivation. Why try achieving things in life when we can just get all the pleasure we crave from a tasty meal?
What are your priorities? Align your actions accordingly. Never get pleasure from anything that doesn't propel you toward your goals!
I can eat 1 lb of meat and 5 eggs, but if I add carbs, any sauce or veggies, I can eat 2 lb of meat and 8 eggs. Carbs are clearly allowing my body to consume more food, which leads to weight gain.
There are two paths to find the truth: to believe or to analyze and experience.
While the former is easier, unfortunately, it is used by parasites to take advantage of others.
And because most people are lazy and are only capable of believing, we live in a completely delusional world full of fake ideologies and cults...
FASTING 28.
Not eating for 28 days. Is it possible? What will happen? Is it good or bad for health?
I've done many water fasts in the past. The last one was 21 days, and it had very good effects on everything. I lost 14 kg (30 lbs) in 3 weeks and doubled my testosterone.
This time, I'll fast for 28 days. Will work out in the gym every day for 30 minutes. Will walk 10k steps daily minimum. Will film lots of videos and assemble a short documentary and a guide on fasting.
Several friends fast with me, too. So, I'll have info and results from several cases. https://video.nostr.build/e948cbb4a9f011fb9cc52b8653b8b87f6d219d00ab589d9f1f3fe991b1333bf7.mp4
336 hours. 14 days. 2 weeks.
I feel better and better the more time passes. Almost no weakness. No pains of any kind. Absolute calmness and clarity.
Lifting weights and walking every day, as usual.
I was 83.3 kg in the morning.
My ketons in the evening after the workout were 6.4 mmol/l, the deepest ketosis possible 😄
Visited the laboratory to get my bloodwork done. Doing it every 7 days. https://video.nostr.build/639023c0888205812802d64f27e32ecf29fa918e9a02c537ab47a915498b736f.mp4 https://video.nostr.build/ed7ebabd477cb3fcae91a426dcf5881a1915fcb4f548b717777a5b58f197a86e.mp4 https://video.nostr.build/a4f0c3a4431565fed02307e774196c10822acc70a725538170dcafe7d98867cb.mp4 https://video.nostr.build/55d6c66d2954ec83fa158b010a69519b9b48fd92ef6859a3a8c8a2c1a471712b.mp4
I tried many things in my life. Dirt bike riding is one of the most exciting things out there. Explored Georgia peak to peak on my Beta 525RR... 🔥🔥🔥

The problem is... no one wants you healthy, strong, intelligent, and wealthy. The system is mediocre, and anyone who raises above the common level is perceived as a threat. You will be discouraged.
But your life is your choice. You can decide and persevere. No one can stop you!
Don’t try to hide your weaknesses. Analyze them and work on them. Everyone starts off weak and ignorant, but only those who are afraid stay that way.
You dont need complicated routines and hacks. There is no secret. Just do several simple things every day, and you will be amazed how your life will change.
1. Eat only real food: meat, eggs, fish, poultry, dairy.
2. Lift weights. Simple basic excersizes.
3. Walk 5-10k steps.
4. Learn for 1 hour minimum.
5. Communicate with new people.
There’s a beast inside each of us, capable of doing unimaginably great and absolutely awful things. We have the power to unleash it and direct it wherever we choose.
The question is: do we understand who we are and what we truly want?
There's a lot of contradicting information out there. Everything that can possibly be imagined can be found on the Internet, with facts and proof.
But you are free to research, analyze, think, and decide for yourself what is true and what you will use in your life. And of course you're the one who will be responsible for the consequences...
My friend doesn't eat meat because it is "dead flesh". He eats ultra processed fast food.
The faster you drive your car, the more air resistance you will encounter. The same is true for change — the faster you progress, the more discomfort you feel. And if you go too fast, you feel pain.
You can choose to go slowly and comfortably. But sometimes there is not enough time and we need to go as fast as possible.
Ultimately, each of us decides how much pain we are willing to endure.
Climbing a peak in life happens step by step. And there are periods of pain followed by pleasure. https://video.nostr.build/0c7c44f0dcd7d35a0a0baa807a59baa739b35332f6ae54698e02f1ba84345899.mp4
Instead of trying to be normal, which nowadays means mediocre, strive for excellence!
We are free slaves. We are free to serve the system as we want.
You can have 1 tasty meal, or 2, or 3 or 5...
You can drink 1 cocktail and feel pleasure, or 3, 5, 7...
You can watch 1 episode of your favorite TV show, or 3, 6, 8...
What is the difference? How does it matter how much pleasure do you get?
Anyway, you are degrading and slipping slowly into misery...
The same way, slowly, you can build yourself and your life...
The choice is yours!
Does your path lead you to the destination you want? Is the path challenging and exciting?
We all work, eat, sleep, and do different things. Working to be able to live to work is absurd.
Maybe it is the time to change things and start YOUR path toward YOUR future...
We all had dreams. Then we were pressed by environment, people, circumstances, and we lost our individuality, becoming a faceless part of society. Now, we spend our lives running around, trying to deserve our right to exist.
Who are you? Do you remember your dreams? Isn't it worth it to fight for the life you want?
You are a unique individual. Stand up for yourself! Fight for your destiny!
Stop enjoying meaningless things! You're training yourself to be mediocre this way.
Start doing important stuff and be proud of yourself, enjoying it. Become used to excellence!
Whatever bad your circumstances may be... However bad your physical condition and health is... No matter how bad you feel right now... You can always change and improve things... You can always make things better... And the first step will be... your decision...
Start moving!
