People who have money don't show it. People who show money don't have it.
I never block anyone for any behavior, beliefs, disrespect, rudness... I can handle it. Wanna see what you have to say, wanna hear you and understand your perspective.
I block any ads and promotions instantly, though 😅
For something to exist, it must be balanced by an opposing force.
Without balance, it either overgrows and collapses the system, or weakens and goes extinct.
To be intelligent and strong, we need harsh conditions and challenges. Struggle is essential.
Comfort and freedom lead to extinction.
We believe in something when we doubt it. When there is no doubt, we say we ‘know’. Someone who has experienced terrible burns will never say: ‘I believe fire is hot’. They know exactly and have no doubt about it.
Experience and understanding are deeper states better connected to reality.
There are several topics I know, experienced, and fully understand. I am creating video essays about these concepts and the path I went through during my transformation journey.
My fasting masterclasse is also in the process of production.
Will be glad to share it with you and hear your thoughts 🙏🏻💪🏼🔥❤️
Delusional people have specific facts and schemes they use to convince themselves and others that they're right.
Want results? Put real consequences on your actions. If you don't achieve the goal, if you fail, you get fukkd in the S! What about such consequences?
You are the racer, and your body is the machine you've been given. There's a team of mechanics servicing it. Your job is to push it to the test, while their job is to listen to your feedback and repair and upgrade it. Push the limits, or you won’t grow. But don’t crash it, or you're done. Also, be very perspicatious — if you don't give real feedback, you'll end up just driving a taxi.
We are like trains on rails, each with a load of wagons that represent our weight — our experience, knowledge, understanding, and habits.
The older and more experienced we become, the heavier the train gets, requiring more time and energy to accelerate toward any new goal.
So when starting something new, it becomes increasingly harder the more personal experience you carry and you'll need more consistency and effort to get it moving.
Decide, start, and take whatever steps you can to accelerate toward your goal. It might feel tough at first, but the more you do, the easier it becomes. And don't forget to enjoy the process — it's a challenge, and as men, we thrive on challenges.
Is intelligence synonimous with wisdom?
I think it's a building part of it, the ability to think and analyze. Combined with experience, it allows to draw meaningful conclusions and develops into wisdom.
The body craves hormones, it craves emotions. Whatever we do — track our progress, visualize, imagine our goals, or anything else — we need to elicit emotions for the body to get it. And it doesn't matter how we do it, as long as we feel the emotions we crave so much, we will be motivated and energetic.
The scariest thing is to realize that we are weak and stupid. And we are hiding it from ourselves, even though we feel it deep down. But if we don't understand it, we will never progress. And the thing is, it is okay, everyone starts somewhere. No one is born strong and intelligent.
So, to grow up and progress, we need to realize that most things we know are probably delusional, and we don't really understand anything.
Then, we need to start learning things with open minds, trying to understand how things work, not just memorize information said by 'smart' people.
And of course, try and experience it personally...
A very important reason some people fast is for weight loss, and fasting is one of the most efficient methods for achieving it.
With our daily energy expenditure ranging between 1,500 and 3,000 kcal, during fasting, we draw all of this energy from our fat reserves.
We are literally burning fat, and can lose 200 to 300 grams of fat per day through fasting. When combined with water weight, we can lose between 500 to 1,000 grams of weight daily.
Something inside me is awake all the time. I can't sleep, I can't rest, I'm on fire... I'm searching for something... Maybe for progress... Maybe for purpose... Maybe for greatness... It is an unstoppable thirst... Pushing my limits... Chasing discomfort and pain... Nothing interests me anymore... Pleasure and fun are useless... meaningless... boring. Performance, efficiency, success... these are what I crave... https://video.nostr.build/105e4d3b75e4167abd91081ef6571c80eb08df192d5a41fae75c71c978349bcb.mp4
Without the survival mode, there's no maximum performance and progress. And there's no survival mode without hunger, worry, pain, sweat, anger, and desperation...
Where are you headed? Have you thought about it?
What is happening now?
What will happen tomorrow?
What happens in a month? A year? Five years?
Is this the life you want to live?
There is still time left. There is still a chance, a possibility... You can start changing everything now, today. You can build the life you want...
If someone offered to pay you to be mediocre, eat junk food, and lie around all day watching Netflix, would you take the job?
The fewer participants in a competition, the fewer competitors you need to defeat.
In the competition for power and money, it's the smarter and more dexterous who win. They’ve found the most effective way to minimize competition — by convincing you that power is bad, that settling down, starting a family, and living in the moment without worrying about tomorrow is the right path.
Now, you’re no longer a competitor. They hold the power, and they decide how and if you live, what you do, what you eat, and if you need to be injected.
Are you enjoying your “happy” life? 😉
The more you learn how the world works and experience it, the more real your worldview becomes.
The focus is on EXPERIENCE it. If you just learn, you can go into such delusions like flat earth, magic, free energy, moon landings, etc.
Experience it, means based on your understanding, make predictions of reality, and then act and achieve the results you have predicted.
It doesn't mean "but I see the ground and it is flat". Or "this device works without power, so it is free energy". You didn't predict anything here, you didn't act, you didn't build anything, and you didn't get any results. Just observation is not a sure way of experiencing things, it can be manipulated.
Also, if you're trying to prove a specific point, you will be biased and will focus on proving your vision, not on finding the truth.
There are things that can be manipulated, and there are things that are inherently true. Math is such thing. It can't be biased, you can calculate things. Physics is true, too.
Unintelligent people using these true disciplines can deceive and manipulate, so it is important to learn weak points of these tools usage.
Ask whatever you want here, and I'll analyze and explain the concept in a nautral way, which is unbiased and true, confirmed by my understanding and experience.
Being nice... polite... kind... why? Why do we crave these things so much? Why don't we like people who are genuine? Why do we want everyone to have a fake smile on their face and to talk sweet things?
Children are afraid of their environment and the people around them. They're weak, therefore it may be dangerous.
Adults are strong and smart. We can handle it. I don't want you to behave in a certain way. Be authentic! I want to see you, not my expectation of you.
Are you angry, sad, bored, irritated? Ok, tell me your story! I am not afraid! I can handle you. Be yourself...
