On Warrior's Path. Thinker. Explorer. ₿ussinessman. I help people create exciting lives.

To build muscle, you need to show your body that the work you’re demanding is a struggle — something it must adapt to in order to survive. That means lifting heavy.

The goal is not random movement or easy repetitions, but lifting as heavy as you can for several controlled reps. Every rep should feel difficult, every rep should bring discomfort. That discomfort is the signal your body listens to — the trigger that tells it: “I need to grow stronger to handle this next time.”

If the weight is light and comfortable, your body has no reason to adapt. Growth only comes when you push near your limits, when the muscles are forced into tension they cannot easily manage. That’s the essence of progressive overload — adding more resistance over time to continue forcing adaptation.

So: lift heavy, embrace the discomfort, and teach your body what you want it to become. https://video.nostr.build/af053163fe7a19bc643bf929d39753241e48148f2947f91cc1f90aa0909e3b76.mp4

When you are building a house, you need bricks, cement, masons to lay the bricks, time, and rest. Without all of these, the house cannot be built.

In the same way, when you are building muscle, you need four essentials:

Real food — the building blocks, providing protein, energy, and nutrients.

Training — the tension and stress that signal your body to grow.

Sleep — the recovery phase, where muscles repair and rebuild.

Hormones — the internal environment that governs whether growth happens or not.

If even one of these is missing, the structure won’t rise. To build muscle effectively, you must optimize all of them. https://video.nostr.build/27762c1f5382d766cc544fefded1365543bcd89e8ddb0db528731dc8b8ba1c85.mp4

Are there any secret exercises or training programs that will allow you to build an epic body faster?

The truth is — there are no secrets. Strength and muscle are built on timeless principles and basic exercises. You don’t need hidden techniques or flashy new routines. What you need is understanding:

– How muscles work.

– What tension is.

– What training to failure means.

– And how to perform the 20 or so basic exercises effectively.

Once you understand these, you can train anywhere, with almost any equipment, and still grow.

Don’t chase Internet workout fads or “miracle” programs. The closer an exercise is to basic human movements, the better.

The Real Secret

The only real secret is effort. Struggle and pain force your body to adapt and grow. Put in the work consistently, push your limits, and your body has no choice but to change.

No program will save you from this truth: growth is bought with effort and paid for in pain. https://video.nostr.build/2a2c0585d5aead712b8517678a1a0d439a6bd0765a8dcf42d8faf873b90d27ac.mp4

How much time do we need to spend weekly in the gym to be healthy and have a great physique?

It may vary from 1 to 4 hours weekly, depending on your goals. But even with just 1 hour (two 30-minute sessions), if you push your limits hard, you can achieve a good body. The sweet spot is two 1-hour sessions per week — this is how I train.

Today is a training day. Let's lift weights and talk about health and fitness.

Whatever you define as “enjoying life” will shape the kind of life you live. Everyone wants to enjoy life — we evolved to seek it.

If enjoying life means safety, you will end up stuck in boring, comfortable routines.

If enjoying life means chasing physical feelings of pleasure — hormones — you will become addicted to the cheapest sources of it: drugs, sugar, masturbation, or endless scrolling on social media.

But if you enjoy life through progress, you will keep growing and building. It won’t always be safe, and it won’t bring constant physical pleasure. Yet when you understand that you are moving forward and your life is becoming more exciting with every action, there is no better feeling. https://video.nostr.build/9fcf5608add0a58f2fb43649f83fe936979b584a908be38b6d800432a694722c.mp4

Not-that-secret, because they are official and state about their agendas officially (WEF, Cub of arome, Bilderberg group, etc.)

Great replacement is what is happening with the west now, particularly with white countries. Just have a big agenda they have been executing for hundreds of years. The goal is to erase anyone who can resist their dominance, particularly intelligent white people.

It’s not about talent — it’s about connections and alignment with the big agenda.

The rich, smart, and powerful didn’t make it because they were that much smarter or more talented. They had connections to the gatekeepers. It’s a big club, and whoever is in it gets the green light.

For us “mere mortals”, the only way to the top is to do extraordinary, incredible work for many years — and then, if we get noticed and recruited, we may be allowed to work for them.

All the stories about garages, innovative thinking, changing the world, freedom, and hard work are fake.

To get ahead in the system, you need to hack it from the outside. And to do that, you first need to step out of it.

Conspiracy is when people secretly conspire to deceive and exploit others.

Conspiracy theory is when people theorize that some kind of conspiracy happened, but there is not enough evidence.

Here is a list of actual conspiracies that happened and have documented evidence proving them:

– fake moon landings

– Pearl Harbor

– 11 September

– JFK

– Titanic

– Lincoln

– World Wars

– the plandemic

– Federal Reserve scam

– bought-up science

– climate change

– not-that-secret societies

– the great replacement

– elimination of the white race

– mass surveillance (Snowden leaks)

– war money laundering (WikiLeaks)

– Epstein list

All the dumbest conspiracy theories are intentionally promoted to distract people and contaminate the information sphere.

They confuse people, and when something secret does come out, it gets mixed into all the ridiculous theories, making the truth look dumb too.

All the hilarious theories are a psyop:

– flat earth

– lizard people

– aliens

– Antarctica hiding civilizations

– time travel

– birds are not real

– Q anon

– other dumb stories

The purpose of these is not discovery but deception. They exist to make anyone searching for truth look insane, and to bury real leaks under piles of noise. That way, even if you stumble across something real, it will seem indistinguishable from fantasy.

Politics is a circus designed to distract and entertain you. All the actors — and they truly are actors as they don’t decide or control anything — they are all sponsored by the same banksters.

Every politician goes through a submission ritual that makes them controllable, and only then are they allowed to perform their roles.

All of them read from a script written by the studio. Improvisation, if it happens at all, is rare and meaningless.

The system always moves toward more control, more exploitation, and less freedom. This direction cannot be changed.

Your naive hope that a “good politician” will come and save you will never materialize.

Everyone is owned — all politicians at every level.

And when someone doesn’t follow the script, they are replaced.

The largest genocide in history just happened recently. Human genome irreversibly scarred. Every believer who submitted is affected forever. But don’t panic — the fade-out is slow-motion. Remember V for Vendetta? “Are you going to kill me now?” — “I already killed you while you were sleeping.”

The Future They Are Designing Doesn’t Include You

The future the owners are preparing is not the future you’re being promised. You won’t be driving sleek electric cars, living in futuristic skyscrapers, owning robot servants, or connecting your mind to artificial intelligence through brain chips. Those are fairy tales told to the herd to keep it calm, quiet, and obedient.

The Illusion of a Bright Tomorrow

Stories of technological utopia — endless progress, luxury lifestyles, and miraculous breakthroughs — are carefully manufactured. They serve one purpose: to keep people docile while the system decides which lives are worth maintaining and which are no longer necessary.

The truth is brutal. Most humans are no longer needed. Automation, artificial intelligence, and centralized systems reduce the need for billions of people. In the eyes of the owners, humanity has become excessive, a burden on resources, a risk to control.

The Scheduled Sleep

The herd is scheduled for sleep — a slow, managed fading out. It won’t happen with drama or alarms, but with comfort. People will be lulled into consuming, distracted by entertainment, reassured by glowing visions of a future that was never meant for them. And one day, they will fall into an eternal sleep, never realizing what happened.

Why They Hide the Truth

The owners know they must be careful. If people were told openly that they are not part of the future, panic would spread and chaos would erupt. Order would collapse. That’s why the illusion is necessary: promises of electric cars, smart cities, and limitless progress. Just visualize a bright future and keep shopping. Just believe.

The Choice

The tragedy is that people still have a choice — but most won’t take it. They will choose comfort, distraction, and sleep. Only those who break free of the illusion, who refuse to accept the farm’s bedtime stories, will remain awake long enough to build something real.

Modern Family and Social Structures: Designed for Control, Not Human Flourishing

Breaking Down Natural Units of Strength

For most of human history, families and tribes were the foundation of survival. Large families, extended kinship networks, and tightly woven communities shared resources, protected one another, and passed down knowledge. These natural bonds created resilience. A united family could resist external threats, raise competent children, and thrive without dependence on outside systems.

Modern structures have dismantled this foundation. Families are smaller, often fragmented, and individuals live in isolation. The nuclear household has been glorified, while extended families and intergenerational living are portrayed as outdated. When individuals are atomized, they become easier to manipulate, easier to control, and far more dependent on external authorities for survival.

Inversion of Roles and Values

Traditional family roles evolved as survival strategies, not as arbitrary restrictions. Men provided and protected; women nurtured and raised children; children supported the future of the family. This division of labor created stability and ensured survival in harsh conditions.

Modern ideology reframes these roles as oppressive and encourages their inversion. Men are told to suppress strength, women are told to abandon nurturing, and children are raised without guidance or discipline. Instead of cooperation, there is confusion. Instead of harmony, there is conflict. Weak families create weak individuals — and weak individuals are easier to control.

Herd Society and Manufactured Obedience

The broader social structure reinforces this weakness. Schools are designed not to produce independent thinkers but obedient workers. Entertainment industries encourage constant distraction and fake pleasures. Social media fosters shallow connections and comparison instead of true community.

This is not accidental. A society of distracted, isolated, and fearful individuals becomes a herd. And herds are easy to steer.

The Incentive Behind the System

Why is this the model? Because weakness is profitable. A man without a strong family spends more on distractions and vices. A woman disconnected from her natural role is more easily sold artificial purposes and endless consumption. Children raised by institutions instead of parents become lifelong customers of pharmaceuticals, entertainment, and ideology.

In short: weak families and broken communities ensure strong profits and total control.

The Path Forward

Escaping this trap means rebuilding strength at the family and community level. It means rejecting the artificial masks modern society promotes and returning to roles and structures that actually work. Strong men, nurturing women, disciplined children, united families, and resilient communities — these are not outdated relics, but the very foundation of freedom.

Cooperation, not division, is the key. Strength, not comfort, is the solution. Only by rebuilding these natural bonds can we resist the system that thrives on weakness and reclaim a future worth living.

The Great Deception

Everything we have been told about all major events of the past is a lie. And everything we are being told right now is a lie as well. Everything. Wars, so-called victories, technological “miracles”, heroic figures, villains, reasons, incentives, and the official stories themselves — all of it.

Manufactured History

History is written by those in power, and it has always been used as a tool of control. The past we are taught is not reality, but a carefully edited version designed to create obedient citizens. Wars are presented as battles for freedom or justice, but they were really fought for power, land, resources, or control of money. “Heroes” are chosen and celebrated not because of what they actually did, but because their story serves the agenda. Villains are manufactured in the same way.

Present Lies

The deception is not just historical — it’s happening right now. The same hands that shaped the past shape today’s headlines. Every crisis, every scandal, every war is framed in a way that keeps people distracted and obedient. Achievements are exaggerated or fabricated, failures are hidden, and everything is spun to maintain the illusion of order.

Why It Works

The lie works because people want comfort more than truth. Believing the official narrative feels safe, it relieves you from responsibility, and it makes you feel like you understand the world. But in reality, it disconnects you from it. The more lies you believe, the more dependent you become on the system that feeds them to you.

Breaking Free

The first step to freedom is admitting that you don’t know — that the stories you were fed are false. Then, instead of chasing official answers, you observe the world directly, think for yourself, and connect with others who are willing to see.

The system can only exist as long as we accept its stories as truth. Once enough people stop defending the illusion and start seeing reality, the entire structure collapses — because lies cannot survive without belief.

Start by researching the opposite of what you’ve been told — the alternative versions. The more you study, the closer to reality you can come. Process it through your real-life experience, and you may be onto something real.

How Big Tobacco Captured Big Food — and Is Destroying Humanity

Big Tobacco didn’t just dominate cigarettes — they also infiltrated the processed food industry and turned humanity into addicts.

Tobacco companies like Philip Morris and RJ Reynolds acquired major food brands such as Kraft, Nabisco, and Hawaiian Punch, starting from the 1960s onward.

They applied the same “addiction-by-design” strategy: hyper-palatable snacks engineered with fat, sugar, and salt combinations that hijack our brain’s reward systems.

They also planted fake research to convince people that animal fat causes heart disease—because when you eat real animal fat, you feel satiated and buy less junk.

All of this was backed by deliberate campaigns to:

– Cast doubt on real science,

– Fund biased experts and “junk studies”

– Shape policy and public belief in their favor.

And it’s not just junk food.

The sugar industry, for example, historically paid scientists to shift blame from sugar toward fat — convincing people that dietary fat, especially animal fat, was the real danger in heart disease.

In reality, major health organizations had pushed low-saturated fat guidelines while receiving massive sponsorship from companies like Procter & Gamble, makers of Crisco oil.

This corporate takeover helped fuel today’s obesity epidemic, chronic disease, and metabolic breakdown.

In short: Big Tobacco didn’t just kill lungs — they rewrote how we eat, addicting us to cheap pleasure, carving profit from our health.

If you live your life believing anything, chances are you are being exploited. The only way out is through understanding. Fortunately, we already have all the necessary tools available for free to grasp reality and build a prosperous world for ourselves and our communities. The only obstacles are your laziness and ignorance. Now is the time to wake up!

All modern institutions — governments, schools, corporations, media, even religions — were created and are controlled by banksters. Their purpose is not to educate you, heal you, or protect you, but to keep you inside a carefully designed human farm.

The Farm System

On this farm, humans are raised as obedient workers and consumers. From birth, you are pushed into schools that don’t teach you how the world works but condition you to follow orders. Then you are plugged into jobs where you trade your time — the only truly priceless asset — for paper tokens they create out of nothing.

The Role of Debt and Money

Banksters control this system by creating money from nothing and loaning it to governments, corporations, and individuals. This ensures permanent debt and dependence. Taxes are simply another form of harvesting, extracting the fruit of your labor to feed the farm’s owners.

Manufactured Consent

Entertainment, media, and consumer culture exist to keep you distracted. You’re encouraged to chase comfort, luxury, and fake pleasures — while avoiding the hard questions about who is really in charge. Education doesn’t give you tools of freedom like critical thinking or financial independence; it gives you the tools to function inside the farm.

The Illusion of Choice

Politics is presented as a choice between different shepherds, but all of them work for the same owners — the banksters. Whoever you elect, the farm doesn’t change. The wolves don’t run the farm — the shepherds do. And the shepherds work for the banksters.

The Escape

The truth is harsh but simple: you are not here to live free unless you choose to break the cycle. Escaping the farm doesn’t mean running away physically, but breaking free mentally — understanding money, power, and control for what they are.

They control you by keeping you inside a delusional "free" world, disconnected from actual reality (the Matrix explained it perfectly). If you wake up and stop obeying, the system collapses. We don’t need to wake up everyone — it’s impossible. We just need a critical mass, the intelligent minority, and we will liberate the world from these cancerous parasites.

Central banks are creating trillions of dollars out of nothing, but you are living your life comfortably, not understanding that this money actually comes out of your pocket.

It is as if thugs with guns came to your home and took part of what you have. Literally. They just found a way to do it without physical confrontation.

A new wave of money-stealing is about to happen very soon. The only way to save your wealth is to transfer it into something no one can create out of nothing: Bitcoin. Research it.

This is your warning.

Sheep on the farm don’t need to perform, be strong, or understand anything — they only need to exist.

Wolves in the wild, on the other hand, must be sharp and effective every day, or they vanish.

You cannot reach your potential in comfort — you need to explore the world.

— Warrior's Path

Salesmen for cheap cars chase clients, argue, and try to prove that what they’re selling is good enough. They rely on persuasion because the product doesn’t speak for itself.

Salesmen for Ferraris don’t need to chase anyone. They don’t need to explain, justify, or convince. They simply drive the car, and its value is self-evident. Those who recognize it come on their own.

People work the same way. If you build yourself into real value — into something rare, powerful, and undeniable — you don’t need to chase or beg for attention. You only need to show up, live it, and let your presence do the talking.

Imagine you own the most powerful computer ever built — the kind of machine capable of decoding the universe, solving problems no one else can, reshaping reality itself. And what do you do with it? You open a browser, scroll endlessly, chat meaninglessly. The machine runs, but its true capacity never awakens.

That’s exactly what happens with most people. You’ve been granted the most powerful “computer” in existence — your mind, your body, your ability to act. Yet if you spend it on trivialities, on distractions, on simple loops of comfort, you waste the very thing that could make your life extraordinary.

The real question is not whether you have power — you do. The question is whether you’re directing it toward the hardest, most meaningful tasks: building, creating, exploring, overcoming, shaping the world. If not, then yes, you’re running the equivalent of “browsing” on a supercomputer. You are alive with infinite potential — are you using it, or are you just letting it idle on simplicity?

If you feel like nobody and try to act like someone else just to be accepted, you won’t be very interesting.

But when you understand your uniqueness, recognize your value, and pursue your purpose, everything changes. Your behavior reflects that, and people naturally become interested.

Communicate with anyone and speak from the perspective of uniqueness. If they don’t see your value or aren’t interested, it doesn’t affect you — you keep moving forward.

Yet some will recognize that uniqueness, and they will be drawn to you. This is how you build YOUR circle. Try it.

Success doesn’t need to be boring. Doing even the exact same thing can be exciting if you’re creative. Is it boring to race a sports car on the track while trying to beat your past record? Other racers? Same track, same car, same action, but there’s a goal, and there’s progress.

“The goal is to finally be able to go to the gym peacefully and not lift any weights, avoiding that stress — or even stop going there altogether.”

Do you feel how dumb that sounds?

To be effective and happy in life, you need to be good in all major areas: physical, mental, communication, wealth, and purpose. You can’t compensate for a lack in one area with abundance in others.

Most people are so deeply enslaved by their comfort and so afraid of the unknown that they float like shit in their pond and start coping hard at the very idea of coming out.

It's not that you don't want it. You are just afraid of doing what you want.

People coming together and having “fun” often looks like drug addicts gathering for another dose. Everyone is craving more pleasure, and it’s usually satisfied by consuming sugar or other addictive substances.

Now imagine meeting smart people to talk about life-changing ideas and making the world a better place. Noooo, that’s “boring”…

When you’re at the top, people greet you, admire you, and idealize you. But the road to the top is lonely, filled with resistance, ridicule, and misunderstanding.

The moment chaos ends on the farm and the wolves are gone, the sheep will have no reason to obey the shepherd. Yet the sheep still hope that one day there will be peace.

Watching celebrities live in villas, drive supercars, and relax on yachts may be entertaining, but it won’t help you become successful or build the life you want. While it might give you a short burst of motivation, it won’t give you the real tools and understanding you need to progress and achieve genuine success.

You need to decide — do you want to be entertained, or do you want to become successful?

Humans want to have authority over someone or something. We are genetically pre-programmed for that.

In the past, we had authority over our tribes, families, and children. But nowadays, people have become so weak and unintelligent that most can't create communities. Some are afraid even of creating families.

Also, to have authority over others, you need to be smarter, wiser, and more competent, which modern humans lack.

So, instead of leveling up to fulfill our evolutionary roles, we adopt a pet — a useless, unintelligent, all-obedient, always-loving creature which allows us to feel that authority no matter what.

Women are weaker than men. Why? Because evolutionarily it was more effective to divide tribal life into roles — one requiring strength, such as hunting and fighting, and one requiring nurturing, such as creating and raising children.

Men are closer to rough nature. Women are closer to soft infants. It worked more effectively that way.

You don't need money to be happy. Happiness comes when you conquer yourself and your world. All the hardships are gifts from the universe to make it happen.

BELIEF, KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING

These are the three fundamental levels through which we interact with reality.

Each represents a different depth of connection with the truth, and each stage builds upon and eventually replaces the one before it.

1. BELIEF — The first layer of reality

Belief is the weakest and most superficial level of interacting with the world. It requires no personal experience and no direct observation. Instead, it relies entirely on accepting what others say — parents, teachers, religions, media, or culture.

When you believe, you are trusting someone else's version of reality without verification.

For example, a child might believe the Earth is round simply because a teacher said so. They’ve never seen the Earth from space or studied the evidence. They just trust the information because of the source.

Most people stay in the belief stage for most of their lives — they believe what they’re told about politics, health, success, relationships, or even themselves. And because they never verify anything, they can be easily manipulated.

2. KNOWLEDGE — second-hand interaction

Knowledge goes deeper. It is no longer blind belief. It is based on evidence, reasoning, and information passed on from other people.

At this level, you’re not just believing something — you can explain it, provide data, argue for it, and show some proof. But it still relies on intermediaries.

For example, a student who reads about gravity, studies equations, and knows about the experiments of Newton and Einstein, has knowledge.

They can calculate how fast something falls and why. But they haven’t conducted the experiments themselves — they’re using the experiences of others.

Knowledge is powerful but still limited. It can be wrong. It can be outdated. And it can be misunderstood. If your entire knowledge of relationships comes from books and videos, you may "know" a lot, but still fail when dealing with real people.

3. UNDERSTANDING — direct experience

Understanding is the deepest level. It’s what happens when you live through something, when you see it with your own eyes, feel it in your own body, and draw conclusions from raw reality.

For example, you may believe fasting is healthy. You may know the scientific benefits of fasting. But you only truly understand fasting when you’ve actually done it — when you’ve faced the hunger, the mental shifts, the physical changes, and the emotional rollercoaster. That’s understanding.

Another example: You may believe success requires hard work. You may know business principles. But until you’ve built a business from scratch, failed, lost money, dealt with people, and finally succeeded — you don’t understand what success really takes.

Understanding discards belief and replaces knowledge. When you understand something deeply, you no longer need to say "I believe" or "I know" — you understand. It changes how you move through life.

The goal of growth is to move from belief to understanding — in every area of life. Only then are you truly awake and in control. https://video.nostr.build/a6f1dee4461dcaf80bfce5b8d86e98dc932af22c5e231f56d947348179255183.mp4
