Training must, by definition, at some point become unsustainable. When periodizing to squat 600lbs overreaching much occur in order to elicit an adaptation.
If a workout can be done every single day, then it is either not stimulative enough to elicit a response and adaptation or the athlete will become severely fatigued and performance will diminish.
Understand the difference between training and exercise.
For sure there's nuances for everything and everyone. Which makes it an art of coaching.
