Well, that’s true. But some do. I’m always questioning my root assumptions. Possibly to a fault.

When I was younger, I couldn’t understand why people were not as enthusiastic to change themselves. Marriage has toned that down a bit. Learning about timing, and other people’s rhythms. But you’re right. Some do not want challenging change.

There are 12 million federal employees and contractors living off of your taxes.

That is almost half the population of Canada.

Hes very passionate. But he’s not weak.

No. Carnivores just want to eat healthy food, vegans are conformists deceiving themselves with some ridiculous ethic principles.

Said the defensive diet extremist convinced their way is the way.

Just like vegans 😂

Ok. You’re a good dude.

I think the carnivore diet is one of the best metabolic resets in existence. But I think we were meant to cycle with seasons. Times of meat and perhaps some root vegetables, times of fasting, and times of fresh produce.

We were also meant to cycle with daylight.

But the caveat is, none of this works the way it was created to unless we change how food is grown, how soil is maintained, how food is stored and treated, how we sleep, and how we work.

The problem I have with the carnivore diet isn’t even the carnivore diet. It’s bandwagoners. And running from fad to far without understanding the larger why.

Oh yeah. I’m sure.

Another round of acronym experts, just like the last round, and the round before. But we swears THIS time we haveses the WHOLE picture.

Carnivores and Vegans are the same people.

And here comes the Carnivore. Now we just need a Vegan to round out the party of diet fad extremism.

Nursing homes are filled with piles of gems of hard earned wisdom.

The problem with experts is whenever new information and technology emerge they cease being an expert. Unless they are an institutional “expert” which is a title, and means “you should always defer to me.”

Learners with experience, if you can find them, are people worth knowing.

The American obesity problem is rooted in something much larger than an individual “doing better”.

It is layers of food toxicity, disrupted microbiome (in both soil and human), chronic circadian rhythm disruption, hormone disruptions from microplastics, and the scarcity of healthy food.

We all need to learn and do better. Including “bros” who thing it’s just about “trying harder”.
