I can’t be the only one who has been so annoyed by a real life conversation that I just took off running while they were mid sentence. 🏃♂️💨
Apparently, I’m scary looking so it winds up being less of an issue. Plus, I can always just run away while they’re talking. 🏃♂️💨
I have reached the point where I bought a floppy sun hat.
I don’t know what the implications of this are, but I will ponder them with less sunburn.
in that case the mute comes out
you building a topical search? Or just experimenting?
Sometimes someone asks an innocent question, but there are so many layers of wrong thinking in the premise that the question winds up sounding like “how far is yellow?”, and it would take forever just to get to a mutually understood starting point.
So most of the time I just don’t answer.
You do your best every day. I see it all the time.
I feel like a nerd. I never enjoyed paying my phone bill until silent.link 🤓
You know i respect you.
And like you.
And it did model CRT.
If anyone understands having an anger response to cultural Marxism is me.
In fact, I’d wager my struggles with anger and violence make you look quite gentle.
What is being missed is both you and her are courageous enough to take a stand against perceived injustice.
I want to see that courage unified.
Against a much more dangerous foe.
Especially considering what we will all be facing soon.
And in case you’re missing it, this is a backroom brawler attempting to become a peacemaker.
chilling inside today.
listening to the last rainy day or two before the long sunny days of summer.

the first time political lawfare and corrupt courts were used by an American presidential administration to silence its enemies, was in 1800.
President John Adams had journalist James T. Callender imprisoned by misusing the Alien and Sedition Acts, as payback for things written about him during his run for the presidency.
Thomas Jefferson had secretly funded Callender. Later, when Jefferson screwed Callender over, Callender wrote stories about Jefferson having children with slaves.
Shortly afterward, preparing to testify in a well publicized trial, Callender was suicided.
Some events feel like signs and symbols of something deeper. Not all events, some events…

Forgive each other.
Time is short.

Critical theory applied to nostr:
For the uninitiated, CT is the driving force behind "wokeness". It's a rhetorical technique intended to manipulate people through guilt to get on board with whatever agenda you choose to sanctify through whatever victimhood you choose to appeal to.
Its nature is to shut down reasonable disagreement by discrediting your opponents through appeals to the virtue of the victim and "dismantling structures of power". Ironically, a key part of the strategy is to project its own flaws on its opponents by accusing them of power politics:
The result of critical theory is division, and a never-ending quest to be a member of the most victimized group. This in turn undermines everything praiseworthy: skill, virtue, intelligence, and anything that would naturally cause someone to get ahead in life become categorically evil, and cause the disintegration of communities and societies.
I will be muting nostr:nprofile1qy88wumn8ghj7mn0wvhxcmmv9uq32amnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwv3sk6atn9e5k7tcqyrwkvn27gqtyxw5v660sqkhpfqyqgdgh3x6emed0qcnkmejkx0f3jehzgsd because I have zero tolerance for this crap, and so should anyone who wants to see nostr (or anything else) succeed.
With love, this could have been a teachable moment for both of you.
Instead, nostr:npub1m4ny6hjqzepn4rxknuq94c2gpqzr29ufkkw7ttcxyak7v43n6vvsajc2jl's struggle with rejection and bitterness got the better of her. And in kind, nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn ‘s tendency toward self righteous anger masquerading as righteous anger got the better of him.
I won’t be muting either. I love them both. They are both valuable people who do great things, and also make mistakes.
