I’ve watched dozens of YouTube videos and tried plenty different methods but still cannot perfect it - how do I cook a perfect fried egg?

I’ve used nonstick and stainless feel pans and played with warming the pan before yet still struggle half the time.

My biggest issues are smoking oil and the egg still sticking to my pan. I prefer to avoid butter if I can thanks to some gallbladder issues but ultimately just want a tried and true method for not getting frustrated with an egg sticking to my pan.

So stainless steel? Nonstick? Medium heat, low heat or high heat?

I’m referring to Bitcoin Standard though, I haven’t read Fiat Standard.

I’m just over halfway but I really like this a lot, it’s a little more detailed around the fiat money printing side of things so far, it’s very interesting. Both are really great

I certainly was wrong on price action over the last week but the beauty is it just means more cheap sats for quite some time. I do think it takes us quite a long time to recover from a technical standpoint but time to increase those DCAs!

#bitcoin price action is really something. I’m still leaning bullish but would feel a lot more comfortable above $61.5k. I certainly was wrong in thinking last Friday’s action was a local bottom! More cheap sats on the DCA I suppose.

I should say below last week's low * for me - Then I need to reevaluate how we end up this year, which would just mean more cheap sats for longer

I'm usually hesitant but feel really bullish right now. Different story below $58k but price action the last couple weeks has me feeling demand has exceeded supply again for the first real time since March - Crazy to think we've been ranging for as long as we have!
