Atualmente existem várias fintechs que fornecem contas bancárias virtuais nos EUA para estrangeiros usando o banco americano Lead Bank. Dentre essas fintechs, cito essas: lava.xyz, dolarapp.com, xapobank.com e diversas outras.

Isso significa que se alguém deseja ficar exposto ao dólar no sistema regulado mas que não seja na jurisdição brasileira, hoje já é possível facilmente.

Eu estou testando aqui o dolarapp.com que fica no méxico, e tem funções bem interessantes, como cartão, saldo em diversas moedas fiat, conta remunerada em dólar e etc.
