Now I really see things as they are. The EU was been stealing wealth from Europeans for decades now.

All those green subsidies, social programs for everything (if you're European you know what I'm talking about). It's all fake.

Europeans were also drunk on free money like the early Venezuelans that believed all the social programs were the greatest thing ever. It's just that it's at a much slower rate.

The EU is Venezuela at a much slower rate.

More and more I'm considering just leaving the EU for good. It's just so annoying having to deal with the bullshit everywhere and all the time...

Nostr is fundamental.

It's a decentralized social media network, currently regularly inhabited by Bitcoiners.

Bitcoiners are people that have understood and acquired the most energetic and purest form of money ever discovered/created.

Thus Nostr is incredibly valuable. Because it has both the tech AND the people.

I've personally never used a social network like Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. Nostr is the first time and I think it's because of the tech AND the community. I'm very grateful to have access to a community like this.

Either there's going to be a crash, depression or inflation will eat away the value of the houses in the next 10 years.

In my opinion, people's houses will lose their value in the next 10 years, in way or another.

The only option for these people is to either sell their house at the lowest possible loss (or gain if possible of course) and if they can't sell, buy Bitcoin DCA to cover the loss of the loan.

In very simple terms, the house loans will not be payable for a lot of people and the economy will either crash or be suffocated to death by inflation.

I mean, I'm okay with rules, but these rules have to be:

1) Created by the people. i.e municipal referendums, municipal urban planning

2) The culture of the people has to change. This is what I'm trying to bring about with https://freevillages.org/. In other words, the people currently enslave one another (because that's what they've learned from their masters). The people will gladly continue the apartment/house scam, where the next will pay more, because houses are the store of value. We, the Bitcoiners, libertarians, are the ones that are changing this culture because we understand Bitcoin is that store of value.

It's always both culture and politics. But oh god, what a sham this whole system is.

Land planning is another scam. Why do municipalities and governments, i.e a few unelected, unaccountable people have so much power over what can be done with the land?

In Argentina and Uruguay, for example, with VAST amount of unused lands, how is it possible that a plot of land costs for example €20k?

For real, how is this possible?

It's possible because we live in an EXTRACTIVE society where we the people that work for government have an unquestionable and unaccountable power over YOU and they've convinced you that houses are incredible expensive and that you should live in an apartment.

I find it mindblowing that with the huge amount of flat, perfect land that Argentina has, that there aren't more smaller agriculture plots for smaller framers and that housing is so expensive in general.

I mean, at one point there was and maybe there still is literally a lack of food in some places. In a place that produces a LOT of food.

It's bad governance. And libertarianism doesn't have a solution for this, because it simply can't per se. Libertarianism is a great universalistic philosophy but it's not enough to solve the current context, where we have nation states and where the world is highly unequal and diverse.

Self-sufficiency is what is needed.

The real problem is not the left or right.

The real problem is what exactly are the incentives at any given polity. i.e what should be the incentives of the police, courts, all the individuals working in the state/system, etc, etc, etc.

This is why the Swiss model makes the world a better place, because using the referendums (16 referendums every 3 months) at the municipal, regional and national levels, the people can define EXACTLY what are the incentives, very specifically, for any given problem or situation.
