6 meals a day min. 4 whole foods 2 shakes. For my weight and goals I need at least 4000calories a day and 300g of protein.
I do protein shakes twice a day. Huge protein load like 100g just from them but it is not enuf. Go get huge u must eat like a gorilla. It is insane.
I ate so much I threw up a bit.. insane but seriously this is the way to grow. You have to increase your ability to eat over time.
