Has been fun sharpening my tech skills, but it looks like I'm just going to have to take a fiat-world sales job again. Goal is to stack hard and be able to delete LinkedIn after the next cycle 😅

I really like this idea of a guided multisig planner that helps the user think through the risks of each storage location while setting up a wallet (it's for Codex32 but could apply to standard multisig as well):

I can't wait to get back to our goal of 2% inflation:

"You can have $20 per hour if you spend the money this month, or $19.60 if you want to spend it next year."

"OK I guess, but I'm saving for retirement."

"Fantastic. you can have $20 if you spend it now or $10.90 if you want to spend it in 30 years."

Tonight I bring you this gem. An offline app that is basically a QR/barcode collector with a slick UI.

This baby can replace so many useless proprietary spyware "store apps" on your phone and useless cards in your wallet.

No, you won't get in trouble for not using "the oficial app" when you present your cards or tickets. All they want is to scan the qr or bar code.

Great timing, just bought concert tickets.

I don't know where nano fits on the user intelligence bell curve vs Vim, but I have a feeling it's on the tail ends.

Where we're going, we don't need a mouse 🟩

I use nano to edit text files.

Anyone familiar with Codex32 as a way to store a Bitcoin seed? BAILS uses it to create wallets, and it seems like a safer way to have a 2-of-3 seed backup (2 backups and a passphrase) than the usual multisig 2-of-3 that require saving another file that details the signers in your multisig setup. You can try Codex32 in BAILS following the instructions at https://github.com/BenWestgate/Bails/tree/master

I'm running Fulcrum on an Ubuntu server at home that I can now access from anywhere using Tailscale.
