I always snack late at night when my daughter is in bed and wife is working night shift. Catching up on bitcoin vids/socialmedia but keep slipping up with snacking on junk.

Dont rely on this method alone. I would advise keeping some sort of physical backup too but this is a cool technique for a backup of your backup.

I avoid eating breakfast and try to not eat anything after 8pm. Missing bfast is easy for me. Its not eating after 8pm which i find the hardest and when i slip up, its usually with choc/carbs. Still fighting though.
