Yep should be able toā¦. When you get to setup you just need to choose āRestore Walletā when prompted to select the setup method. You enter your 12 or 24 word seed phrase directly on the Jade, pair it with your companion app (Green, or Sparrow or Nunchuk or whatever), et voilĆ !

If you transfer a UTXO from one address to another address then yes you incur fees. If you set that new Jade wallet up with a pre-existing seed phrase that holds a BTC balance, there is no transfer so no fees.
