We have found that charging people to user our app is a great way to filter out the noise.
We do run a private relay for our members. We use users' device approximate geolocation to connect them to nearby users and recently to Bitcoin-only events and, in the future to local merchants. We don't believe nostr and OPA are in a competition which is why we actively encourage our users to participate in the network, nor do we believe we serve the same audience.
