(Seeing as most people are only on amethyst as it's the only real working choice, and lots of people have problems with their dubious blocking and breakages). - I could be totally wrong on this. The real nightmare of CBDCs is that they're going to make it mandatory to own a smartphone. Government-programmable money is one thing, but the levels of oppression possible once everyone is forced to carry one of those things around is unimaginable and yet, not only is no one talking about it, people aree collaborating voluntarily.
