Whatever his actual perspectives on free speech are, or however genuine his motivations are to make X a space for free speech, underneath is that years-long ambition to make the "everything app". Anything he does with the platform—both net positives and net negatives—should be seen through this filter.

You can probably start with sone of the low hanging fruit: a couple diet things and a couple lylifeatyle things.
Like large breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner. Limited blue light exposure after dark. Touch grass and get sun first thing in the morning. Low PUFA foods.
