it depends on your client, but i believe it's a NIP-51 LIST item. some clients show it better than others. you can view them on listr.lol too.

It would force governments to do what they say they would: make every use of public funds, every new law, every role change, etc transparent, and therefore making functionaries accountable for their actions.

Coming from Argentina though. I would expect people would find ways to "work around it" 🤷‍♂️
