You’re writing unlicensed open source code aren’t you? 
I think the license make sure that anyone who use the source code of Primal to include the original copyright and stuff. So others can’t just take the code, rebrand it, and say they made it themselves.

Vous en avez Vous Tous ceux ingénieux, la capacité si vous communiez toutes vos idées ...les États n'y sont parvenus jamais même à coups d'amendes, le pouvoir est entre vos mains selon mon avis d'utilisateur toujours en phase d'analyses et d'observations de tout ce qui vous êtes parvenus à réaliser depuis mi décembre à ce jour l'autosimulation est parfaite.
