It's all about the incentives. I don't understand the critics who tell others to stay in their lane (area of expertise). Weak argument IMO, if you focus on only one thing and ignore other important subjects like economics, finance, biology, history, etc; you just become easier to trick and brainwash. It's necessary to know a bit of these basic things, with a touch of critical thinking.

Haha so true, if people used a continuous glucose monitor they would see exactly how their blood glucose spikes.

I have always wondered whether modern psychology is a scam or not, but it's one of those rabbit holes I've put on hold because of the amount of rabbit holes I want to go down. Is there a video or article you could point me to to see the arguments for it being a scam? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I had the same intial reaction haha; but basically we're all electrons, protons and neutrons, so understanding physics helps you understand things at a base layer. Instead of having to wait for randomized controlled trials to "prove" something.

Thank you very much! I hope many more health professionals flood this protocol so we can build a parallel health system.

That's a very common argument, but knowing biochemistry helps to see the implications. Recently though, I think knowing about quantum biology is an even deeper layer of understanding. I hope to eventually talk about that, but it's a tough rabbit hole.

My meat guy identifies my order as "Doctor Leones (lions)". Leones is the name of the neighborhood I'm in but it gave me a chuckle.

Anyways, I have my meat for the month!

Just realized an error with my recommendations, for some reason I wrote Vitamin C, but I should've written citric acid (it will have some vitamin c anyways) instead. Your body can create oxalates from vitamin C, so we don't want to be taking that in big amounts from tablets, for example.

My pleasure and thank you for the sats!

Hey Brock, if this is the first time she's going on a low carb diet, it sounds like oxalate dumping. I would recommend she transition slowly into a carnivore diet through a minimum of 6 weeks, but some people can take months. It all depends on the amount of toxins her body has accumulated over the years and her previous diet. Some people even take years.

I have a video on how to transistion on flare.pub

Things she can do apart from transitioning slowly:

-Take vitamin C (lemon juice can be fine here)

-Hydrate herself very well

-Eat some oxalate containing foods to lessen the dumping intensity. Things such as macadamia nuts and pecans (avoid almonds cashews and peanuts which are higher in oxalates), brocoli, cabbage, blueberries, strawberries, zucchini, cucumbers, black or green tea, etc.

Cheers!
