I would add the caveat, if you understand Bitcoin and embrace it, you will be a better person. Whether the person feels empowered or threatened is a key tell.

I’m 52yrs of stiff. If i can dedicate 30 minutes a day to yoga, what are the high signal poses you would you recommend?
Would you recommend one session in the am or split one each am and pm?
Would love to find some simple poses that i would see improvement/impact to keep me motivated.

With all due respect this is not a guide, this is a story of one person’s experience joining nostr. I wish there was a guide i would read it.
Get ups for sure. Depending on your injuries of course. I’m doing mostly jerks, clean and press, and front squats, all with doubles. If you are powerlifting type guy, check out Donny Thompson he rehabbed his injuries with kettlebells and does all kinds of stuff.
Strongfirst is a great resource, Brett Jones in particular when it comes to rehab.
I love a ruck pack with a handle up top for suitcase style carries and can also overhead press the bag and walk around with it etc
I personally went with a rucksack over a vest for the additional storage. On long outdoor rucks you will want water, rain shell, phone etc.
Rucks are awesome I’m a huge proponent!
