I have used far infrared mineral lamp for knee and other injuries. Daily red light therapy, my wife and I use a mito red light panel.
I used red light to help speed up a meniscus tear. I think it did something. I only briefly enter ketosis through intermittent fasting. I don’t do the diet.
This morning I did Pavel’s simple and sinister workout. It is the workout a few years ago that convinced me of minimalist training. I did only this workout 5 days a week for one year. I had big gains in almost every metric.
