Just one today from the #americanbresse. First time since they started laying I've only got one. #chickens #grownostr

20 out of 24 eggs still in the incubator at day 18. I also still have 11 additional eggs under a broody hen. Hoping for a good hatch this weekend #chickens #homesteading #grownostr

Anyone else still have small heart attacks when you see your chickens dustbathing from a distance until you get closer lol? #chickens #americanbresse #grownostr

4 eggs again from the #americanbresse. #chickens #homesteading #grownostr

The liver pate is growing on me. I'm not sure if it's because I've been eating a little everyday or if the flavor has mellowed some sitting in the fridge, but I actually enjoyed it today. My 1-year old on the other hand has been chowing down on it since the beginning! #carnivore #grownostr

I can confirm it is delicious!

Most who have chickens will find themselves in the situation where you just have to many damn eggs!

Mimi Dvorak (wife of John C. Dvorak) has written a cookbook addressing this problem.

https://www.toomanyeggs.com/

It's over 700 pages of recipes.

You can get it the PDF version for Free or you can buy the hardback version for $48

If you download the PDF I encourage you to donate whatever you feel it is worth to you. (don't be a d.b.)

I got this book yesterday and am fascinated with all the different ways to utilize eggs.

I know this post seems like an ad. It's not supposed to, I genuinely love this book and am not affiliated with Mimi.

Though I am a Knight of the No Agenda Roundtable 🙂
