If that is the case, it's still 100% a scam & giving him any amount of money will confirm his idea of having this work.
If you confirm that, he might go more professional and then he'll rip off someone's grandma, before you can click the block button on Telegram.
Please, do not give him anything. You just feed the harmful behavior.
Ripping of grandmas is a huge plague in the USA & Europe. They sometimes lose hundreds of thousands plus their sanity & never can live a normal life again, due to this trauma.
Please, do not give him anything.
You probably need to explain more, how you verified his story. Because from the little information you gave, this whole thing screams like #SCAM!
Scammers today really use up a lot of time getting to know someone, before they rip you off.
So, him sending you such addresses is a HUUUUUUUGE red flag.
Please, take it seriously!
My honest advice from the little information you provided:
Instantly tear all contact strings apart. Block him on #Telegram & make sure he has no other way of contacting him.
Since you already got baited, you are on their list of "those already got successfully baited", so you will receive tons more requests from others.
You have to deny their requests for like 2 years straight, without any exception & at some point you are re-filed in their "does not fall for anything" folder....
Everyone has heard of #Google #DRM or, in Orwellian Newspeak, "Web Environment Integrity" a.k.a. "WEI".
(Poor & ironic mockery of #AiWeiWei.)
Supposedly, it's not released, yet.
However, since like a week, #YouTube is almost completely broken in my master browser #Mozilla #Firefox.
I can barely watch a video & that's it. Buttons do not work, logging in does not work, video is scaled in the wrong way, scrolling through channels does not work, adding videos to queue does not work.
Pretty much nothing works, except opening a direct link to a video. Everything else is pretty much broken.
This is the first time ever, #YouTube was so extremely broken in my experience.
Obviously, already deleted cookies, etc. Does not work, still.
Needless to say, I obviously use many #Privacy & #Security browser extensions, including #AdBlock.
Coincidence?
There are no coincidences.

"Easiest" is always relative.
If you ask a normal person, the easiest solution would be a one-click button, that does it.
If you ask a #Linux #FreeSoftware fascist, the "easiest" solution would be to install some weird Free Software only, no `unfree` packages, #GNU #Linux distribution, then compile all packages yourself, because you never know who wants to hack your net worth of 2 sats, then trying to figure out how to modify the 30 year old Perl script, written by someone who probably already died of old age, to make it work with this new serialisation method called "JSON", because XML is the only thing they know, then after weeks of trying to make it work, you have to program an additional Perl module, so you can implement the #Nostr specific functionality.
In the end, even the fanboi gives up, starts using Python & after another week, it still won't work, because every time you use Python there are fuckups with Python version 2 & 3.
So, fanboi writes a #POSIX compliant #shell script, giving it no filename extension, since proper filename highlighting in directory view is only for n00bs, where everything is written in a bad C manner & just as safe as C, i. e. as safe as Windows 95 on the internet in 2023.
The implementation took so many weeks, that those #Nostr APIs are already deprecated & replaced, so you gotta start anew.
This is a "easiest" way for a #Linux #FreeSoftware fascist.
This is something, which shows, that either there is some genius self-hosted one-click solution, which fixes all that automatically or there will always be custodial wallets, which will be used by a lot of users.
Should post that in the corresponding community, so other users & maintainers know, what's going on with their product.
Could you link to one source explaining the situation?
Cannot argue with that...

No, would be bad.
If you make the amount small enough for everyone to be affordable, bots will probably pay it, too.
If you make the amount too high, it's another income for content providers who already screw with your brain through ads and I bet you they won't reduce ads for an additional source of income.
They'd just keep it the same.
See the PayPal & Squared wallet suckers, who changed the rules on refunds. Even if you are confirmed to not owe a refund, you still have to pay the percentage fee.
So, if someone buys something for several hundred bucks by misclicking or whatever being reason & want an instant refund, you immediately lose, for example, 27 bucks for literally no business at all. Nothing.
Now multiply this with several refunds a week/month, depending on your business.
This is just one small proof, that providers would just not give a damn & not reduce any other nuisance & pricing, if they received micro-payments in addition to their current income sources.
Nostr Icon Proposal
_____________________
So far any other proposal I've come across didn't fit my own criteria:
π Ubersimple so that it can be used at any scale, in any color
π Have some link with relays
So I started using my own simple icon instead. SVG here: https://w3.do/T5QK66n8
For now it does the job and fits well in the UI's I'm drawing out.

Not a bad one, but to me, it does not feel like #Nostr, at all. It's not alive. #Nostr is very much alive & burning in a motivational sense.
Vanish, start a new life, then see how they are broke in 5 years & laugh about them saying "told ya so" & move on.
Is this related to SSL/TLS or is this the `curl` bug which was fixed in version 8.2?
More relays = more redundance = more backups = more censorship resilience.
Getting into gambling definitely sounds like #PuraVida.
The science behind it is NOT a scam. It's a thing. It's real.
What politicians & "green" parties all over the West make out of it, just to fear you into behaving as they want it, IS a scam.
Period.
It's also a very US-American culture thing, that someone is looking for substances rather than psychology & willpower tools, to accomplish a mission.
You can feel less hunger with the right mind, than with an average idiot's mind & coffee. :)
Coffee is a really bad idea.
It sucks out hydration from your body + in sunny regions it's currently very hot, so you need additional hydration, not less.
Additionally, if that wasn't bad enough, caffeine increases your sweating & may make you feel hotter.
