GOOD MORNING

I make homemade suasage patties and right now there is between 1 and 1.5 grams of brown sugar in each patty (depending on size) kids and I have 1 each for breakfast most mornings. I know zero sugar would be better but it does improve taste (young kids) I have wondered if coconut sugar might be better than brown sugar curious as to your thoughts. Thanks in advance
