Sorry it went down for some reason. I'm running it on a cheap ssd on a raspberry pi 4 and I think the ssd over heats. Or perhaps my relay started before postgres was ready and it failed. Anyways, I just tested it and it seems to be working again. I guess I need to create some kinda alerting system that tells me when they go down.
Yeah I think it's also important to point out that everyone is using steroids these days. And I mean everyone. Have you seen all those men's centers, mens health shops? Their primary bread and butter is prescribing testosterone. They call it Hormone replacement therapy. People start doing that at like the age of 30. Testosterone levels matter way more than diet. Pump yourself with enough hormones do push ups and situps everyday your gonna look like this really easy. Now you can eat raw goat testicles and get a similar effect. But they don't taste good.
There are a lot of 40 year olds with abs. While I think carnivore is pretty healthy you can do it on bro science food too. Like chicken rice broccoli.2 hours a day 3 days a week in the gym for five years and a decent diet is gonna work either way

The fact that they are so decentralized makes them pretty confusing to explain and hard to get others on board. Because you have to get everyone to use the right relays. Before I really go recruit people to them I think we need stickied post and a way to only browse community post. I may be able to either hack something new together myself or do a PR to another UI

Nos.lol seems really popular, it's one of satellite earths defaults and accepts community events. (Kind 4550)

Yeah it should still look to them. But they all might not have the create community event. Maybe only one or another does. Identities are fully decentralized in nostr but nostr notes aren't any more decentralized than fediverse messages. Maybe less in practice as people huddle around a few central relays. I don't think that is a huge cause of concern yet though as it's still easy to host one and the nostr community as a whole is very anti censorship. I think spam and over compensating for spam will be a bigger problem in nostr than blatent censorship
