Is anyone paying? It's just TikTok, isn't it?
I mean, people are paying with their time, and possibly sanity, but … yeah, ok
What will that do? Blood cholesterol is highly variable and the standard tests have almost no predictive value. E.g. If you start to lose weight, which many people do when switching from SAD to carnivore, will have increased LDL due to fat store mobilization. A 3 day interval in blood tests can show dramatically different results. And that's not mentioning that CVD has a substantial genetic factor.
Realize just how cheap fatty ground beef is. You can get by on one pound per day, if you have a job sitting down
How do you define risk? Eating something humans literally evolved on for a million+ years, or eating processed foods invented in the last 70 years?
I find it impossible to get tired of fatty meat. Every day it just feels like the most delicious thing I can eat. Granted, I fast all day, so I'm actually *hungry* when I eat
You're asking an incomplete question. You need to add "at a sub double digit interest rate"
Stop recommending custodial wallets to noobs. Phoenix has removed their 1% inbound fee, which was really the only reason to not use it.

nostr:npub1cn4t4cd78nm900qc2hhqte5aa8c9njm6qkfzw95tszufwcwtcnsq7g3vle why do I have to fund before sending? Why can't the funding step be done automatically as part of the send? It's kind of annoying for 2 reasons, the first one is obvious, the second one is that between funding and paying there can be slight variations due to fluctuations in price, so I have to overfund, always leaving my balance with some extra cents. Just not a nice aesthetic 🤷🏼♂️😉
The trucker protests *was* terrorism
This is actually a good metric

These cut-off posts are really annoying, you know that?
First thing to realize is that it's a protocol, like Bitcoin, so there isn't "the app", but rather many clients, some of which might be better or worse than what you're used to.
