Well, there are spiritual contexts and every area has a different one. Ever gone through a city and it just seemed dark, but you can't put your finger on it? Or whenever you're in one place you have little no no motivation? Or certain areas where you're more easily annoyed that normal?
So, it might be the food, as that also makes a difference, but it might also be the spiritual context of the wear you're in.
Having left for a while and then come back, will usually make these things more obvious, as you've had a break from them for a while.
They've gotten a bad rep, but they're actually amazing!! They care about how people feel, but it doesn't make sense to them when people choose illogical choices.
They basically see the blueprint behind choices and where those choices lead, whereas most of us see more of the surface only.

Listened to two people talking about AI movies/series.
One thought no one would go watch them because it's not real art. The other didn't like it but understands that most people would be open to it.
I've written two novels, but the ease of using an AI voice to make it into an audiobook was so nice! If I also had the possibility of making it into a movie?! Eh, yes, I'd totally do that! I'd love to see my books in a movie format.
I think it's similar to how books have gone from publisher only, so self publishing, giving everyone an opportunity to publish their own books.
