NAV Premium is now 2.26. MicroStrategy has acquired 1,070 BTC for ~$101 million at ~$94,004 per bitcoin and has achieved BTC Yield of 48.0% in Q4 2024 and 74.3% in FY 2024. As of 01/05/2025, they hodl 447,470 $BTC acquired for ~$27.97 billion at ~$62,503 per bitcoin. This accounts for their smallest buy over the last nine weeks.
MSTR sats per share and the MSTR buying history to date charted below. The buys have dropped considerably which means less ATM (At The Money) which means less sell pressure which means ability for stock to advance, as we are seeing live, right now the stock is up $65 since Friday mornings open. That's 18% in just 1 full trading day plus 1.5 hours today.

Also previously lurked on X but never interacted as I just didn’t feel part of the community. I am now nostr only.
Anyway, here is a little about me. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a 10+ year focus on geriatrics. Specifically helping people help their parents navigate this current healthcare environment in the US.
It seems no one thinks about their parents having a fall, injury or medical event until they wind up hospitalized and most of the decisions and responsibility falls on the children who usually have little to no knowledge of how this broken system has to be managed.
