I use Kodi. I run it on older PC hardware running Linux, and on Raspberry Pis running LibreELEC. You can find refurbished Dell Optiplex Micro computers on eBay for under $100 that work great for this purpose. Small, decent i5 processor, quiet fans, they're pretty nice as set-top boxes.
I use cheap RF remotes to control the PCs, but one of the cool things about the Raspberry Pi is that the HDMI port has CEC enabled, which means lots of TVs are able to pass remote signals through the HDMI to control it, so you might be able to use the TV remote.
My main use for Kodi is as a frontend for my over-the-air DVR system based on MythTV, but Kodi has a plugin that will stream from your Plex server, too.
This creepy-looking fellow is an assassin bug, called so because they are badass predators that kill all kinds of pest insects in the garden. This one is from a species known as a "wheel bug", after that cog-like structure on its back. Don't kill these if you see them, they're helping.

I follow it. Feels like it goes in bursts - I'll see a lot of interesting things with that tag, then nothing much for a while, and so on.
Saw this one in a store in San Antonio once...

Not sure what people were doing with it before, but I sure hope that sign got them to stop it...
Yikes, that's even worse than mine! It's conceivable that someone with limited cognitive ability might get confused and pee in that tray, but I would hope that drinking out of the toilet (a public toilet, no less!) wouldn't be on anybody's radar...
You're on Nostr, so there's a high probability that you are, indeed, a fruitcake. At the very least a weirdo. π
But that stuff about the economy is nonsense.
I've never made a meme before, but I saw this in the bathroom at a doctor's office, and decided it couldn't be left un-memed.

I'd thin them, and transplant the ones you remove into other containers. They're likely going to crowd each other and not produce many blooms unless you go wild with the fertilizer.
If you want a pixel-level editor like Photoshop, then Gimp is the go-to for Linux.
If you're looking for a "digital darkroom" package more like Adobe Lightroom, I like LightZone, but RawTherapee and Darktable are good options, too.

Not gonna lie, if something that looked like like that popped up out of the ground at my place, I'm not going to check if it's a fungus. I'm selling the property and moving.

That sucks. Duke has had occasional seizures throughout his life (maybe 2-3 per year), but we've never been able to link them to anything. They don't seem to coincide with any medication, food, or activity, he'll just lock up every few months, and then be fine for a long time. But it's scary as hell every time it happens.
I'm sure fleas and ticks have a role in the ecosystem, but, like mosquitoes, if there was a magic button I could press that would make them all disappear forever, I might be willing to roll the dice... π
Our dog Duke (terrier mix) had a bad reaction to Trifexis, too. He was sick for days after taking it. We switched him to Bravecto, and he's never had a reaction to that.

That little watermelon from a few days ago is quickly shedding it's "wee" status. It's quadrupled in size. At the current rate of expansion, my calculations suggest it will be approximately the size of an Airbus A340 by the end of June, and nearly the diameter of Earth's moon by August.
