How come I have the attention span for a 3 hour podcast with two pasty blokes talking abstract, but I never have the time for a 2 hour feature film?
Did films just become too formulaic?
They all have exactly the same climatic arc, as if that’s a good thing. Cookie-cutter archetypal characters. It’s as if the only difference from one movie to the next is the costumes and sets.
I can’t remember the last time I watched a stimulating film. Probably a decade+ ago?

Why move eyeballs from highly profitable instagram property to a far less profitable format, a Twitter clone?

That’s what the commercial bank rate should be if inflation were under control. It’s not. CPI is 7.9%, which is ~590 basis points above target.
Another credit crunch seems quite likely from our circumstances today.

Yes it will work in normal safari.
But in PWA mode safari runs in a separate WebKit instance, and the PWA instance does not have access to browser extensions.

NIP-07 doesn’t work on iOS for PWA’s, as PWA’s run in a separate WebKit instance that does not have browser extension access.
A challenge for Nostore.
But don’t worry, soon enough nostr will figure out a workaround. This is the great strength of FOSS engineering a network protocol.
Suddenly the internet is malleable again.
There’s no compelling reason to pay Twitter to own your network, network access, et al.
