I didn't even know who this was until I saw the cat. I like the new avatar though.
We need an easy way to teach the new people how to get a lightning address.
I see it. Let me know when you add a lightning address. I'll zap you.
That's about 9.13% of all the gold in the world.

Damn. This chart shows the Cantillon Effect in action!
Christians have more opportunity to make money in the United States than non-Christians. I suspect the opposite is true in Saudi Arabia.
I say it's a new Internet that's not controlled by corporations.
Got it. Well, you seem to understand the protocol very well. Thank you for promoting it.
Is there a such thing as a cashu tipcard yet?
#asknostr
I guess one of my favorite things about bitcoin is I can take it with me to flee a war torn country. It's never occured to me to take my bitcoin to a war zone.
Isn't there a war?
I know you're from Ukraine. You can't go back, right?
What do you mean by "current state?"
The job market?
Inflation?
Housing prices?
Where are these metrics better?
Hi. We create digital products, give them away for free and hope people send us sats. It's called the value 4 value model.
I know what you mean, but I like that it's growing.
Idk what stable nuts is, but cashu has the same trust model as wallet of satoshi, but it's private.
It's good for sending value to people controlled by authoritarian governments, but not ideal for storing generational wealth.
The goal with all three is to be free.
Even if you got some the very next day you heard about it, you would regret not buying more.
You can't be too hard on yourself.
Hard money ain't easy.
Data Vending Machines. It's a smart contract like Nick Szabo described in 1997.
Instead of putting change in a machine that diapenses coke, you send sats to a data vending machine and it gives you AI art, answers a question, or broadcasts your notes.
None of the notes but a lot of the images/videos.
Too many other relays already aggregate from Damus.
Agreed. This is one reason Blossom sounds awesome.
I use a paynym as an online identity. It was the easiest way to do this before nostr.
I liked the idea that anyone could pay me using +softmountain942 and I could verify my identity by telling the sender the amount, but only those two people know this information.
Besides, it's kinda cool Satoshi remains a nym. I try to do the same as an homage, but I know your opinion is more popular.
