Good question. It’s easy to say, but remember that we can’t control anyone. Also, a situation already is what it is, before our mind comes in and makes pictures, judgements and man made/mind made opinions about reality etc etc.
Try to let the situation wash over you, or even through you! But without labelling it, with words; without any mind made judgement. No image making (s/he did this/that; my own image is “offended”), so that you only see with a fresh unconditioned mind.
