Humans are flawed no matter the platform...
Good question! Yes I saw the story of the Bitaxe finding a block. Very impressive!
For me the goal would be to actually participate in a pool to get some nice and fresh sats and be part of a good pool, for example ocean, as to participate a bit in the network as well. I was never a fan of lottery in any form anyway so I wouldn't like to have it just sitting wasting energy.
So overall I am leaning towards the Avalon even though it's closed source, since it has the highest hashrate and can act as a small heater.
Or maybe I should try and build a Bitaxe with 5-6 chips in there? That would be awesome..!
Yes I would like some real opinions. One thing that people say is that bitaxe is open source and Avalon is closed. So that can be important for some. On the other hand I like that the Avalon is designed as a heater and it's quite a bit more powerful...
Looking into cheap and energy efficient small home miners...
Bitaxe Supra: 0.7TH/s, 16W, 23W/TH
Braiins Mini: 1TH/s, 40W, 40W/TH
Avalon Nano 3: 4TH/s, 140W, 35W/TH
Opinions..?
Anyone have an opinion or experience with the Nothing Phone?

They try too much to be like apple so I wouldn't go there...
I am considering it but here in Europe they cost like 250 euros and having it in a normal pool I would get 3 back after a year... So it's mostly to use as a lotto/solo miner and of course to strengthen the bitcoin ecosystem. But yeah the cost is an issue just to have it laying around...
