I watched Godzilla Minus One.

And actually I thought it was really good. There was real plot there for a change. It deals with topics of PTSD, guilt, forgiveness, family, and finding meaning and humanity in a war-torn country. Kind of like how the original 1954 version had a lot of themes.

And superficially, this is by far the coolest Godzilla’s breath weapon has ever been. It’s like a nuke going off every time.

The movie had a budget for under $15 million despite some expensive actors, and managed to do a whole1940s setting and lots of special effects. Some of the CGI was weaker than Hollywood but the breath weapon was better than any Hollywood treatments of the franchise.

I put trans sexuality in the same category as schizophrenia.

Why do certain segments of society demand that trans sexual delusions be treated as “reality” while never accepting the delusions of schizophrenics?

Schizophrenics are medicated and given legitimate disability status (and even barred from voting by courts in extreme cases) whereas transsexuals are lauded as brave “heros” and weaponized politically.

One month sober, no carbs, lots of sun, meat, fats and salt.

Working out and stretching lots. Studying and working more.

Lots of praying, lots of visualizing.

In my lane, flourishing.

These small things really make a difference and compound on each other.

The first week sucksss… your body craves the bs food, but eating right and stretching feels great. Get lots of sun, more salt and fat than you’d think.

Second week introduces lifting again, your body will hurt but stretch through it and don’t blast yourself too much at the start. Make the routine fun.

Third week you will start asking why you ever drank or smoked pot. The clear mind is amazing.

Fourth week the routine is fun, start pushing weights further, get an A/B lifting routine. Revisit your ikigai, finances and goals. What does future success look like?

Doing all of this while thanking god, asking for his guidance, mercy, patience and strength is a cheat code.

Bro-science works. You don’t need XYZ supplements, you need sun, good food & water (get good spring and good filters at home, for your shower too).

Keep in mind that success is often worse than failure.

If you fail - it's the same level and problems again.

If you succeed - it's a new level with different, tougher problems.

There is value in staying on the same level and running the same loop.

Bitcoiners are going to have a hard time, get scammed, repeatedly deceived and go into depression until they are ready to admit that 99% of retail payments will not go through self-custodial UTXOs.

You don't and can't get around L1 economics.

These companies, and I include Microstrategy in it, are just useless for the society and at best just help pumping BTC a little bit more for bitcoiners but this come at the risk that everything goes down even faster that it pumped.

This might seem bullishit short term but it's just toxic long term, we need good organic adoption by the people, the ones that believe in it, the ones that need it and use it daily. We cannot count on Microstrategy and Blackrock to push adoption.

Big finance/banking are just taking profit out of it, like they do with anything and their mother, they would sell earth to Goa'Oulds if it would make them richer.

Some bug companies that actually produce useful goods might adopt it as well but only if it can make them save money or bring more business, it's not bad but money and profits will still rules them.

We need the real people to adopt it. Hundreds of millions then billions out of the bottom 80% richer must little by little adopt Bitcoin, earn in it, spend in it and save in it. Then we will be successful.

It will not be easy, we will have to fight all the way there, but it's our best hope and we must take it no matter what.
