Were the stickers applied by management? They're all aligned, in rows... not very "rock" to me; very establishmemt.

I've been surprised at some of the 'sketti code I've seen. Some of it was a great user experience, but you're right, it doesn't last. The nightmare of steadying an upside-down pyramid with ropes and poles catches up to the front end eventually.

It happened to me in a major way just a 2-3 months ago.

And it has regularly dropped messages for people, without giving an error message. That doesn't work at all.

The two aren't necessarily related. You can have great design and structure under the hood, with a crappy user experience.

I've chatted with developers that were confused when I've mentioned the user experience. Even though they've published their code, they have no intention of thinking about what the user has to go through, and don't care.

You can see a similar perspective when you use software with bugs in basic functionality, sometimes critical bugs, and the devs are focused on adding bells and whistles.

Some developers care about their code, others care about their users.

The tracks I pirated from Soundcloud last week.

Years ago, I used to get significantly drunk every night. One particular night, I was going to "the next bar", when I should have been heading home, and started to cross a street near an alley way. I don't remember exactly what I was mad about, but it had been a bad day, and I was pissed off.

Then this young dork jumps right in front of me, and said something antagonistic. I grabbed him, with an open blade in my other hand, when a female started repeating, "It's a joke! We're so sorry!"

I held onto him for a while, just to make sure it wasn't a trick. I think he nearly pissed his pants. I let him go and told him he's an idiot for not learning who he's dealing with. I'm sure he still remembers.

It looks like selenite. If so, it's water soluable. It's also nature's fiber optic.

I look up, smile, and wave. There agents on the side of "good", and they're probably having a tough day, especially if they're a mole.

... and there is no chance they are being framed? The reports of failures exploded in the last year, and it seems like a smear campaign. We haven't seen a decline over time. One day we woke up and everything with Boeing's name on it fails. Then blatant assassinations with no attempts to make it look otherwise?
