Absolutely agree. Nowadays, there are too many who are unable to separate an individual's character from their ideas.

He refers to himself as a spellbreaker, which I really like. It’s apt. He also channels his energy into living right with his family. He’s not for everyone and never will be. Epitomizes the virtue of preaching to the remnant (the bears).

I don't demand respect and could care less if someone gives it to me from my time in. The Army helped me turn my life around though, and as a medic I was able to help not only Americans and allies, but plenty of Iraqis too, and that was even when I was a line medic. Who did you see that's a vet trying to demand respect? I know there are plenty of bro vets out there that do, but I haven't seen that on here. A lot are younger too who believe in the propaganda and believe in the stated mission. Then (I only speak for myself here) see the mission is nothing like they were told, and their friends are dying for nothing. I then lost respect for the State, and it really opened my eyes to the machine. I respect people on how they are as a person not because they were in the military. I also understand you could give two shits about my take, but that's okay too lol

There are a few people I disagree with a lot that I like, and Owen is one of them.

I just think he's someone who's true to himself and true to what he believes. I respect that, and I have lots of time for people like him.

Vets are becoming feminized, period. I do believe it is on purpose, too.

Chinese is a tonal language. In English, we can change our tone but say the same words, but in Chinese it actually changes the words.

So Chinese people who speak English will always intone a word the same way even in different contexts, which makes the Chinese accent sound odd.

Not anymore, it's not. Yeah, I sacrificed time with my family during deployments. But, it only made us stronger tbh. More appreciative of the time together. Not a fan of the "thanks for your service," either. I did my job. Nothing more.
