Finally some snow this "winter" and a week after I got the snowblower out in preparation... 3 whole inches made it actually a bit difficult to run the blower around since it kept picking up gravel, sticks, and pine cones so I had to keep the front up a bit. The snow is stupid light and fluffy so I could mob around in high speed with no bogging down.
Great 8 is just 16 goals from breaking Gretzky's record and he should do it this season for sure. At this point I think the whole hockey world is rooting for him to break it.

It really was something I should have done first when I got the printer but I finally did physical leveling yesterday. Ran the ruler around hte plate and found I was 2mm off which showed dramatically on taller items. It didn't take much adjustment but it was enough to get the bed almost perfectly leveled. Pain in the ass but I learned and now know more what to keep an eye out for. Learning is good!

What a difference an adjustment can make. Still sore this morning but not nearly as bad as yesterday or the weekend. The spinal manipulation has to be done to get my body to respond and to mellow out a bit. Tons of stretching is also helping.
Tiny skiff of snow again has the farm coated, but just barely. This is not winter, this is more like a cold spring.

We got the dusting of snow and it kinda held on through yesterday despite the temps warming to above freezing mid day. At least we have a glint of winter though it's more like tease. We're supposed to get a little arctic blast the next days and a bit of snow so it might actually turn into winter finally.
Now to go get my back adjusted so I can finally be productive this week.

Like The Handmaid's Tale in reverse
Yeah, a captive rod with spring that keeps the pressure on the rod forwards of the travel of the handle but can be pushed back to move the handle. It would keep it out of the way for sure. Just need the rod long and strong enough to hit the full travel of the handle.
I have a rack I hang from to do decompression but it hasn't helped this time that much. The foam roller helps some and the tens a little more. There are times where I just HAVE to get adjusted to release the tension in my spine and back.
I think something like a rod that isn't attached to the handle but would float over it and could be used to pull on it could work. A hole in the rear of the catcher and a catch of some kind inside to hold it until needed and out of the way of the handle and discharging brass.
FMB. It's like a knife in L4 and L5 all weekend and the Flexeril is only doing so much to calm it. I'll schedule a chiro appointment and get in soon.
We had a pretty nice day with nice strong sunshine mixed with the thick heavy clouds that were speeding past. As we went to soak in the evening a cell came over and dumped a half inch of snow in about 20 minutes. Just enough to coat everything for the 0 degree freeze that is coming the next days.
