It kind of seems the same thought pattern as rumination or overthinking outcomes before taking action. Sometimes I’ll do this and whip up the most BS scenarios in my head.
The mind is incredibly strong and I feel as if thoughts like this can warp your perception of others if you engage in them too much. Pretty deadly.
I think you’re always better off just getting whatever it is off your chest or taking action. Think less and do more sorta thing. Funny enough I’m actually working on this myself.

I think it’s because we’ve switched into some sort of tribal mindset, it’s like team sports but these conversations are much more than just black and white or blue team vs red team. It’s shallow thinking and basically everyone is or has been guilty of it in today’s age.
If you want to be able to get your point across in a meaningful way, you’re probably better off knowing exactly what the person you’re conversing or debating with believes and thinks.
It’s great to be well versed in what you believe in, but I think learning and knowing what they believe in is what gives you the real opportunity to get your point across.

Don’t resist & just flow. In modern society we seem to forget that life will come to us when it’s time, controlling everything and needing to know everything is pure resistance. Good and bad will happen. Learning, growing and applying will happen if you open yourself up to it
