I think with Nostr you definitely need to search for people to follow & curate your feed. I like to check on the 4 & 1hr trending sections, find posts that are relevant to me, follow & engage.
Once you engage with these people you’ll see that it’s definitely a community driven protocol, accounts whether large or small seem to connect more (than on larger platforms) via this direct engagement.
I would also recommend being active with your posts, as you will have people that find you this way and begin to engage.
In terms of “scrollability” it def can be a lot more “dead” at times but I believe that the perk of Nostr is direct engagement rather than scrolling and consuming.
Personal take 🤙
The new cast looks pretty wild
Just came back, finished up a social media break. Right in time for that sideways price action 🤙
Most under appreciated social media protocol. The masses will wake up soon enough
Failure is probably the single most important thing for anyone
Start the business, learn, win, fail, adapt, repeat.
Take your shot with a girl, get rejected, take a different approach next time.
It’s really not that deep.
In essence- Go out, try shit, fuck up and try again. Failure is only an L if you don’t learn anything from the experience.
What do you have to lose? We’re all going to die, wouldn’t you rather say you tried?
If you’re not failing it only means 2 things- you’re not taking the shots you should be, or you’ve found your groove.
Only you know which of these two camps you’re in.
Oh yeah. I’ve always been interested with that type of training, very functional & multi joint movements. Same with whipping the sandbags over your shoulders. Awesome 👍👍
I love taking that big steel dog for a walk 😂. Primarily use it for hinge movements, squats and some accessory stuff but I can’t snatch it for reps yet.
I keep a 90lb kettlebell in the back of my car for outdoor workouts.
Not worried 1 bit about anyone stealing it.
If you break into my car, manage to wrestle it off the floor, get it out the door & run off with it- I’d be impressed.
You earned it & can have it.

Absolutely, theft of presence and time. Far too easy to get sucked in
Took a 3 month hiatus from social media, redownloaded X about a week ago, got bored of it almost immediately.
It seems like everyone on there is just trying to sell something. It’s either a book, courses by e-com “gurus”, some bs supplements, paid telegram groups, etc. There’s no escaping it, even if your feed is carefully curated.
Nostr is just so damn refreshing.
This is your daily reminder that you can quite literally do whatever the hell you want in this life.
Is it not always a very good time?!?
Unlesssss it’s a service business 🙄
