This might be what I have to do, I’m bad because I get bored of things easily. I figure if I can do some song learning as well as finger exercises it’ll probably keep me entertained enough.
Finger dexterity is a bit of an issue because I have sausage fingers but we’re workin’ on it 😂

Pinch grip hand cramps would be insane after a while 😂
Grip and hand strength are very very good things to train, overlooked as well. Easiest way to train it is thru laborious tasks, most people ain’t doing that though.
Not sure if these photos are correlation or causation but here’s some quick searches I made. I was a baseball player, grip strength was a very big indicator for bat speed when swinging, which = more power.

Any tips for learning guitar? I’m an absolute rookie.
I found a nice starter guitar (acoustic) the other day for a steal of a price, I’ve always wanted to try so I couldn’t say no.
I’ve been just strumming and practicing chords, hand posture, finger placement, etc.

I love interacting with this protocol, but I no longer feel the urge to be on my phone all the time. There’s no more randomly checking socials for no reason, I’ve just been taking a peek once or twice a day. No more doom scrolling either. It’s actually pretty crazy.
I’ve gone without social media for months at a time, and years with all socials deleted, but I’ve never had this balance while having social media apps downloaded on my phone.
