Nothing's easy. But thanks for testing it out! I’ll need to dig into it more.
GM. Although it's GN where I live. Recently, I tried self-hosting a Lightning Address server, but I'm not sure if it's actually working. I hope it works out.
I'm done! Can you check my lightning address? nostr:nprofile1qqsdhcrqt2w8x9et446j8ge8kgmd2h4ykc6wsrnc4yqnmdu3lr74ktqpzemhxue69uhkzarvv9ejumn0wd68ytnvv9hxgqg4waehxw309a5xjum59ehx7um5wghxcctwvsq3gamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwv3sk6atn9e5k75f8czm
I just created a Lightning address. I want to check if it's working. Since the receiving capacity is low, Could you send me slightly less than the amount of sats I just sent?
Why is this being discussed at the World Economic Forum? Well, of course, it's because this is about policies on economics, not physiology. 😁
I’m currently looking for a way to self-host a Lightning address, so I can’t test receiving yet. So, this is just my gift!
There are many fools who equate their country with themselves and believe that protectionism, which strikes a blow to other nations, benefits them. Voluntary trade is mutually beneficial for both parties, and restricting it is essentially self-harm. When will they finally understand this?
Verified. I really appreciate your help. Now its's time to make lughtning address and find some self hosted methid. Thank you!
Oh, I just connected my Amethyst client to my local LND node using AlbyHub (via QR code). Is that not enough to receive Lightning payments? I wasn’t aware of that—maybe I need to set up some additional things. Can you give it back to me by this onetime invoice(not amethyst profile)

I’m currently testing my local BTC, LND, Nostr relay, and Alby. Can you guys help me? If you reply to this note, I will zap you some sats via NWC, and then you can pay me back. I don’t have enough receiving capacity, so you should give me back less than what I give you. Help!
I mean I tried to connect alby go(on my phone) and alby hub(running on my pc connected to my local lnd node and nostr relay) but after scan qr code, "failed to connect ws:blqhblqh" error message poped up.
Because my lnd node, nostr relay, alby hub work properly, I suspect alby go refuse to connect with nostr relay that doesn't enable tls(what it means after I get domain name and enable wss protocol, it will be alright). Am I right? sorry for my poor english.
Is Alby Go only designed to connect to relays that start with TLS-enabled wss? I’ve been testing a relay that starts with ws, but it seems unable to connect. I’d like to know if this is due to a policy restriction or another issue.
I confirmed that Alby Hub running on my PC connects well to my test relay, and both Amethyst and Wallet Connect work fine with it. (I haven’t added BTC to my LND yet, so I haven’t tested payments or zap functionality, but I did verify that event 13194 is being registered on the relay.) However, when I try to connect Alby Go with Alby Hub, it says it can’t connect to the relay, so I’m asking for clarification.

Is the lack of stock due to some issue that needs to be resolved, or is it just that stock is always in high demand and sells out quickly as soon as it’s replenished? If it’s the latter, does it mean that even when the stock is replenished, I might miss the chance to purchase again and have to wait indefinitely?
Will this be resolved within this year? If not, I’ll need to look for an alternative service.
When will the stock be replenished?

There's no need to fight the corrupt financial system. We just need to escape from it. With Bitcoin
Minimum wage is a way to genocide people who are productive below the minimum wage.
because there are many reply guys. not one lol. I hope relay could ban spammer effectively
newbie question. Is replyguy a something like spam attack to destroy nostr? can we prevent it from requiring higher pow of message? #asknostr
First of all, I'm glad you chose to run nostr-relay-nestjs!
Since you've confirmed that the /metrics endpoint is accessible, I believe you've successfully got it up and running, and you're able to access it in some way. Therefore, your relay address would be ws(s)://
Nostr relay is a WebSocket-based service, so the protocol used is ws(s):// rather than http(s)://
If you're unable to establish a WebSocket connection but can make HTTP requests, I suspect your NGINX configuration might be incorrect. Here's a simple NGINX configuration for a WebSocket service:
```
server {
server_name xxxxx;
location / {
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
proxy_set_header Host $host;
proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:port;
proxy_http_version 1.1;
proxy_set_header Upgrade $http_upgrade;
proxy_set_header Connection "upgrade";
proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
}
}
```
If you want to make your relay more easily accessible to others, you can purchase a domain and register DNS through a service like Cloudflare to forward requests to your AWS server.
It works! Thank you so much. I finally entered nostr world!😁
