Good morning! From a friend I learned opening a new savings account for a newborn takes more than 5 business days, and requires a background check, birth certificate, parents ID plus signatures. It's easier to just make it in your own name. And transfer it later when you've molded the little guy/girl into a responsible human being. No need to expose him to KYC just yet.

Cheaper & unbloathed? Upgrade to OnePlus. But the hardware is meh. Otherwise cheap Pixel & go for CalyxOS (or GrapheneOS, but haven't used that myself) 🤷🏻‍♂️
