Dude, at this point, in 2024, not being aware at the very least of the basics of what has been going on in Iran since 1978, and for that matter, the decades before that, is just laziness. Don't put that on people.
There are some people in the world that are unambiguously evil and deserve to be killed on sight. It doesn't matter who does it and for what reason. It is always a net positive when they disappear. The theocratic rulers of Iran and any and all members of their state apparatus are one such case.
And in fact, if this was an assassination by "helicopter accident", it would be awesome because other options might cause widespread damage to innocents, as it was the case in Iraq, Libya or right now in Gaza.
Done it many times, mainly during business trips. Depending where you are, for just 5 hours there are better options than a hotel.
For example, in Seoul I would recommend a certain jjimjilbang just by the central train station where you can bath, take a sauna, massage... for much less than a hotel room, then zip to the airport by train in a breeze. Ditto for pretty much anywhere in Japan -- just relax in any onsen or public bath strategically located.
On the other hand, in Singapore's Changgi airport the hotel inside the international transit area is a great option and you're already in so you don't have to worry about anything.
It really depends where you are and what are the options available to you.

It's for lack of a better term, Corporatist Statism. Which is an evolved, postindustrial form of 1930's fascism-nazism adapted to the institutions and societies of the parliamentary regimes that won WW2.
Fascism and nazism in turn were evolutionary steps of the older marxist socialist communism, adapted to the specific context of industrial(izing), wannabe imperial Western European countries.
The difference between let's call it classical Soviet communism and classical Western fascism is that the first believe that in order to achieve the political and ideological goals set by the Party, they must centrally plan AND MANAGE through ownership the means of production.
The latter, on the other hand, think that the political goals of the Party are better achieved by letting economic actors formally own and manage the means of production in a more decentralized manner, by "guiding" or "directing" them through legislation, and intervention where needed.
If both cases the final game is the same: total control of the economy by the State, as the best way to force ideological change upon society.
If you break it down like this, you can easily see that our current system in the West (and largely now in China) is a direct descendant of fascism, rather than soviet communism, even if both soviet communism and fascism are descendants of Marxist socialism in the end.

The way I enjoy lamb the most though, is as I made it this time. Well roasted in the oven, so the skin and fat are crispy.
Can't see the crisp in this pic because it was in the fridge with the fennel and all the juice for three days. But it was still perfect.
Digging into some leftovers of a random lamb thingy I #cookstr in the oven the other day.
Lamb, fennel, garlic, some bay leaf, pepper, the tiniest amount of cumin on some of the meat (not all).
Lamb/mutton is so superior to beef, it's not even a competition.
