"Cryptocurrency" starts to look real different when you realize the aim behind what the crypto people tell you. When you realize everything they're trying to say is to get you to relax enough to buy a thing they made so they can stack dollars, everything starts to hit real different...

Its only when you learn to stop warping your own perspective with their pretext about how you're supposed to think about every idea you come across, that you can come to realize this.

Here's some Stoic quotes to inspire you to get good...at climbing stairs of course.

It does actually work fine if you understand relay selection, but if you're in a client that isn't showing you which relay each note came from (so you can axe relays showing unfavorable notes) then I can understand why it would be difficult.

First thing to understand is that you're not on a platform. If you prefer, you're on many platforms all at once.

Check your relays list. You're basically posting to a bunch of websites all at once. If you don't like the moderation policy of a relay, you can remove it, or hide it in your global view but keep it for people you follows.

Discovery is best done as a network effect (and honestly "friends of friends" should be its own view)

Follow some people and check who they follow and repeat
