Today’s pond report is active rain, so I hid under the eaves for a pic.
I am on day 2 of an OMAD run. This is something I was not capable of even in January of this year. My wellness journey is going good - at least on this metric.

Nothing much going on in the pond today. I did see a beautiful heron fishing earlier but he’s already moved on. I hear turkeys calling, hope they walk through
