How is asking a question about something I am completely clueless about being a scammer, exactly? I'm asking two questions...

1.) What is this "vega" thing?

2.) What is the minimum amount of BTC I can send? My apps won't let me send a super small amount so I'm asking for clarification.

How are questions a scam? Is that the new thing, just call everyone a scammer when they ask about things they don't understand?

Can someone on Nostr please explain to me what this whole Bitcoin "vega" address thing is about? I'm not a technical person and all I can find by searching is reference to some protocol thing with that same name, but I'm not talking about that. I'm referring to something called the "void empty garbage address" that someone told me about in a group text recently. Someone else involved in the same conversation called it the "virtually enumerated garbage address". I'm not sure which one is correct since VEGA is an acronym for both of them, but both sound like gibberish to a Luddite like myself.

I've been told by someone who I trust and respect that it is a special address for some reason? I don't know the details, but apparently it is like some sort of black hole for transactions? I ended up doing a video chat with my friend to ask them more about it and they tried to explain it to me but it was beyond my depth. They said it exhibits a weird behavior that if you send a transaction of a certain amount to that address then the transaction will reverse and disappear after 48 hours or something to that effect. (I can't remember if they said if you send under or over a certain amount or if you send a *specific* amount, someone else who was with them on the call said something about the minimum amount? Maybe it was that? I can't quite remember.)

I'm obviously aware of what Bitcoin is and support it and know how to use it (I have a couple of apps and a hardware wallet) but I have no technical understanding of how it actually *works*. What is the purpose of this address? Like, why does it exist and what would you even use it for? Testing stuff or what? They kept saying the transaction "reverses" and then disappears from the blockchain (I actually know that word!) Anyway, I don't know if that means the transaction just cancels and reverses like a credit card authorization does or if that address like actually reverses the transaction and sends the amount to you instead like some sort of glitch? I don't think its the latter, that wouldn't make much sense to me. I am curious enough to test it myself, but I can't figure out what the minimum amount of BTC I can send is. Can someone tell me what the smallest transaction you can send to a Bitcoin wallet is? I think maybe I need to try a different app? Do different apps have different minimums of how much you can send?
