Features I want in Mastodon that are *not* included in the next release:
* Quote posting (as already supported by third-party clients)
* Server-only posts (no federation)
* Rich-text support (next release supports incoming, but not creating)
* Groups
* Emoji reactions (more than just "favorite")
* E2E DM encryption

Hack and squirt 44% Triclopyr done for the front yard, going to do the back yard tomorrow. Actually took way less time than I thought it would. Will watch for new growth next spring. If there's no new growth by the end of summer, I'll fell the Ailanthus. If there is new growth, I'll reapply at the end of next summer and cut down the next.
I have no issue identifying Ailanthus, but even someone who had never seen one could do it if you told them "They're the ones covered in Spotted Lantern Fly".
What is a "Constitutional lawyer"? A lawyer capable of reading the 5,000-some words? Have the rest of the lawyers not read the Constitution? Does that make other lawyers "unconstitutional lawyers"?
I'm confused.
nostr:npub1m8d6pcrjhke48hasqgx7zkgjdt68u60px04frw753697mcmnyr3q365d6q I mean, certainly more involved than loading magazine or even cartridges. For each chamber (six shot), you must load black powder, optionally a wad, a round or conical lead, then use the built-in ram rod to press the lead into the chamber and seal it. Then optionally add grease to the chamber to reduce the odds of chainfire.
Historically paper rounds were used which makes this slightly less laborious.
Colt Army 1860 Sheriff 5-3/8, .44 percussion cap. Replica antique firearm, legally (according to bullshit post-Constitutional clown-world laws) this is not a firearm or a handgun.
I’m bringing black powder back in style, boys.

> me talking to my “Constitutional Conservative” friend
> “America is fucked” I say. “If ‘shall not be infringed’ isn’t clear enough then the Constitution is shit and needs major changes such as the public execution of corrupt judges by jury pool vote”
> he scoffs, “No the Constitution is the greatest document ever. We just need to vote out the Dems. We need patriots in DC. We need to make our voices heard. We need…”
> bang, the stool flies across the room as the rope flexes and my neck snaps
nostr:npub1p3wdryc49wzrw7wwgavrudtq3rd8n5ja7yaw2z8m59gkjmayfvgqyedrgj no you can't cut down Ailanthus and poison the trunk; you'll just make it sucker and those roots are insane.You have to kill it while standing using Triclopyr in early fall as it pulls the sap down. If you don't kill the root system then it sends out 10x suckers. Fine if you're planning mechanical destruction all around it for 5+ years (mowing, for example), but in woodland you can't do that. Cutting it down before it's really 100% for sure dead just makes the problem worse.

Anyone on this side of the Fedi keep bees and have more than one apiary?
Looking to ask some questions of people with more than one hive and more than one year's experience keeping bees.
Never cave to blackmail or extortion.
Call them retards and tell them to go fuck themselves.
nostr:npub1ptmc89knq87ntjwhcehfzexgu6uvfjh3skrtn2pkcc60smljm5ys696rn8 meh, only good for disorientation. Strobe lights on a gun and a 5-mile marine air-horn fit that bill better. I wouldn't want to attempt to use a fire extinguisher for defense, lol.
Obligatory 2A which proves that the Constitution is a voided and meaningless contract in America: "...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"
Got another two 15lb fire extinguishers. I only buy the bigger ones because the smaller ones (of what I've seen) can't be recharged at the Fire Department after a few years like the big ones can.
nostr:npub107ygqs0l3084d8xlpfp7gfmcy8pluz4f3qtew48pmvmt7rt7yvts9xx0pp I used to enlist help from my wife to do the bottom of the back and my neck, but I've gotten pretty good at using my opposite hand as a guide and doing it blind. I don't even use a mirror anymore. Just do it all by feel.
If you're a man and you don't cut your own hair,and instead spend more than the cost of a nice Wahl electric clipper on a haircut, I look down on thee.
Thanks for your patience.
Proxmox on all servers was upgraded from 7 to 8, and kernels from 5.19 to 6.2.
Might be one or two more restarts, but major downtime should be over now.

> finally recognizes the blind appeal to authority
> disregards the fallacy anyway because it isn't "progressive" and flings shit because the "other side" is too "conservative"
Name a more iconic duo.
