Supporting a decentralised future of sound money and technology. Study Bitcoin. Run a node! ITM!

Because Trump!!!

So they want to change op_return so that the UTXO set won't be as effected as much by malformed data.

So the proposed idea is not a solution to fixing the ability to spam UTXOs issue, just makes spammer's job easier so that they maybe won't mess around in the UTXO data. Analogy: It seems this points spammers toward a larger easier front door, but the back door is still open?

Said another way. Trying to keep people from making a mess in UTXO by making it easier to spam in other ways, but in no way does this limit the ABILITY to spam UTXO data.

Am I understanding this correctly or am I missing something?

Essential was using a fairly stock verison of Android and it didn't have any bloatware. I think the Essential 2 may have needed some custom work as the screen is skinny. Not sure if most apps would work well on it due to screen size, but this form factor would work for many of the current minimalist phones we see now. (ie https://www.thelightphone.com/)

I still wish the Essential 2 phone had been made. I would love to have a candy bar form factor smartphone. The original Essential phone hardware was top notch. If it hadn't become impossible to find replacement screens I would have used it a few more years.

Should be back up now. Upgraded the node and reset.

Running knots (finally!). ⚡address should be working again too.

NM, nostr.build was just giving me a lower rez preview.

Anyone have a higher quality version of this?

One of the best decisions of my life. Grateful for everyone who has supported us and made this possible.

Thank you.

Thank to you and the team for making a great product.

We're so back, again. 😆
